About 2.5 Years ago Today

I was informed by one of the non-Floridian orgers who I had the total hots for that she was an item with a Floridian orger who I had the total hots for. I for the love of me couldn't figure out how the hell they could be an item since she loves the vajayjay and he had deplorable taste in music. Boy, I should have NEVER taken an org hiatus then. It was too much information to digest in one orgnote.

I never expected them to actually fall in love

Supposedly, around midnight somewhere near Miami, on the dance-floor, she totally fell under his spell, while I was probably in some stupid ass bar in Tampa drinking myself into a stooper trying to figure out how to breakup with my girlfriend.

I can't believe 3 years have gone by. One minute, he's flirting with me on yahoo chat about how he likes to get his hair did, and how Tumi luggage is superior to all other luggage, and how e-bay can totally get you Sony products, yo.

I guess, what I'm trying to say is that I sort of had a thing for him. Not that I thought I'd ever had a chance or anything like that--I knew it was a pipe dream. But I thought at least he'd always be single and miserable and confiding in me about how much life sucks and how much he totally wanted to hang out with me. I thought all of those dreams were gone....


But they're not. I finally met them last summer, and all I can say is that sometimes.....life is too wonderful to describe. This doesn't mean that there isn't going to be trials and tribulations along the way. This doesn't mean your crack addict aunt isn't going to send you Christmas cards with barely discernible scribbling on them. This doesn't mean that you wont' have financial stress, family issues and the like... But it does mean that ALL of it is worth every minute of it.
It does mean that sometimes... Sometimes, a silly little place like this brings us all together--That, sometimes, when we least expect it, life reveals the miracle of itself.



They give me hope. They bring me joy. They inspire me.
