How do you handle rejection???

you spent the night at your best buddies house...you come home and you are ready for your night with the honey...but, she aint having it to the point she goes onna rant about where you've spent all your time and money and that she doesn't want to feel like yet another booty call...whatcha gonna do???

As for me personally when it comes to men and relationships I take it extremely poorly. I don't like it one bit. So much so it plays a factor into why I don't date at all.

Not very well at all.

Rejection is horrible.

I get angry as hell, but I don't fight him or hold on, I just use that anger to propel me to move on... NEXT!

i take it ok.

i'm used to it.

but yeah, in most areas of my life my expectations are so low I'm rarely disppointed. My friend is always going around CONSTANTLY being disappointed by EVERYTHING!!!! she exhausts me so much, so highly strung and on the verge of tears most of the time

I don't take it well one bit. In fact, it always seems that whenever I want someone, I can't have him/her, and whenever someone wants me, I'm not interested in that person. I can't win.

I also gotta say something that pisses me the hell off: If you don't like me... if you're not interested in me as anything other than a friend... DON'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. Tell me the truth, for god's sake. I appreciate that far more than a liar, and I take it better, believe it or not. Guys have always given me that excuse "I just didn't want to hurt your feelings", and it really just backfired on them because given my knowledge that they were either being dishonest and leaving me hanging on a string, it hurt me even more than the truth would.

I feel for your friend I used to be optimistic too, but when you find that it just leaves you let down all the time, maybe it's time to stop looking on the bright side

My last boyf. left me for one of my friends younger sisters (just legal) ...now on that occasion I would have liked to have handled it with punching him in the face!

Not sure I've ever been rejected. Wait, once in primary school when I was about 9. I've never asked a girl out on a date, never asked her to a prom or anything like that. I asked my wife to spend her life with me and she said yes and that was that. She doesn't withhold sex if she's pissed either. Well, in theory she could try.

Like everything else in life
Rejection can be good in moderation
It keeps things real
You just learn to deal with it and move on

ok, so what if the guy gets angry, cause he knows you are angry about the time he spent at his buddies house and he starts to pick a fight!!!!!

I don't like being rejected in that way either. It makes a girl feel insecure.

But sometimes... well I'm not in the mood either.
