For Good burgers with belgian fries got to The Oinkster in Eagle Rock. They make good Pastrami and Pork sanwiches too. I heard their rotiserre chicken is not bad. If you have room, their cupcakes are scrumptious.

http://www.theoinkster.com/ For a great Italian Deli sandwich, go to the Eastside Market near Chinatown. I always grab the Roast Beef/Pastrami & Cheese. http://www.esmdeli.com/hots.html For the best Pastarmi in the world, and yes I think they can compete with any NY Deli, go to Langer's Deli near Downtowm L.A. I heard their Reuben is good. http://www.langersdeli.com/ I live in Silverlake, so when I'm in the mood for Tacos or Burritos I go to Yuca's on Hillhurst: http://yucasla.com For Fish Tacos, go further down the street and go to Best Fish Tacos In Ensenada: http://www.bestfishtacoinensenada.com/ LA Weekly recently did a Best Of LA issue, here is the Food and Drink section: http://www.laweekly.com/b...nk-347468/ Happy Eating! [Edited 10/28/09 13:17pm] Wow, that´s really informative. Thanks!

Sure ya can...with a Fat Burger! I don't like In n Out! I have tried both before and while I liked the In N Out burgers - their fries were not that great even when you go animal style.... but their neapolitan shake makes up for it what else ? any great pizza in LA ? calzones ?

Do Wendy have good burgers ? or Carl's Jr ? There's wonderful food in LA...just not pizza or Chinese. At least that's *my* opinion! Best sushi around...Geisha House and Sushi Dan...yummy. There was a great Mexican place I went to as well but I can't remember the name of it. I just remember the waiter telling us that (in a mexican accent) "the chicken taste like it was born in the sauce" and "not hot, spiiiiicy!" ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Each burger contains pieces of 12 different cows from 5 different countries. Generally speaking, you aren’t learning much when your lips are moving.

I love El Pollo Loco and Taco Bell, Del Taco but I want to try some smaller independent places (not part of a massive chain) that serve some great Mexican food - what do you say ? Look for these places out there, I'm not LA so I can't give you exact locations Super Antojitos King Taco Gallo Giro Esperar, Es un mar, Que aún no sé, navegar
