You and me both! lol

What do you get grown nieces and nephews who are married with kids of their own?

I want to do a family type gift, but not something lame.

Wow good question...that's real hard. Maybe some kind of gift basket you make that would be nice for the whole family. Maybe with some kind of theme?

Do you want to give necessities or something that's more fun. You could give gift certificates to grocery store, movie tickets for the family, a board game they can play together. I don't know.

Oooooo a board game! Great idea.

I've done movie baskets...microwave popcorn, 2ltr soda, candy and either a dvd or movie passes, but I've not done one of those with board games!

Now I'm all in the Christmas shopping spirit! woot! Thanks!

I’m a middle shopper. I tend to shop in mid-December. Never earlier. Once in a while I’ll have a few gifts that I need to purchase last minute, like the weekend before, but that’s pretty rare too.
When I was younger I used to have a tradition of buying ALL of my presents in one big shopping trip. It was so fun to come home with lots and lots of bags and plan to start wrapping. These days I’m lucky if I get it all in only 3 trips.

I officially started yesterday. There was a really cute Fisher Price tea set on sale for cheap at Target that would be a great gift for my niece. I'm trying to be smart with my money this Christmas.

Yup. I just bought some gifts on Etsy (trying to support fellow artists as much as possible).
December for me is mostly about enjoying the decorations and stressing over what I'm cooking for Holiday Party and Family Gatherings.
