Well, that just sort of makes you drowsy in the end though. Maybe it's okay to just lie on the bed for 15-30 minutes and let yourself wake up properly, but lie there longer than that and you'll end up being tired for the rest of the day. | |

I usually lay there for over an hour trying to get up. Maybe that's why I'm always lethargic for most of the day.
