Had one of these nights myself last night. I think we all reach our limit eventually, some people more than others.

I actually handle a lot until I reach that ultimate limit.

~If time permits, the first chance I get (usually on a day off), is a hike... or a drive to the mountains, I try to go to an isolated place. (this is my ultimate way to relax and clear my mind, refuel)

~If is it during the week and at night, sometimes just a single will do (if the weather is good, outside preferrably). I simply choose to make it a quiet night. (no phone calls, no internet, no TV)

Maybe watch a funny or inspiring movie (nothing too heavy in subject matter).

But last night what I decided to do, was take the usual shower, except I took it by candle light, one single candle. Then I got ready for bed, lit four more small colorful tea cup candles I think I have a picture of them (below)....
and just laid there in silence (nothing more) and I don't even know when I fell asleep, but it was quick. Yes, I fell asleep with the candles, they usually burn themselves out they are so small.

All these things work for me.
