They look deadly. lol

I don't juice, but I love Jamba Juice. Too much.

I did just use real lemon juice, straight from fresh squeezed lemon wedges in the beer I am drinking. Does that count? wink

Green V: (one of my favorites)

2/3 Carrots
almost 1/3 celery
And a handful of spinach leaves.

It's an odd, but delicious flavor. VERY good for you.

I tried to grow my own wheat grass n juice it and it was way hard.

Just throwing this out there.....but it's actually healthier n more beneficial to just EAT the fruits / veggies. You lose important fiber when u juice.

I mean there's no harm in either of course.....

Tell me how ya like it then!

I don´t really juice with a juice because you throw away a lot of nutrients with the fiber. What I do is I cut the veggies or the fruits into small pieces and put them in a blender with a few icecubes or with some milk or water or yoghurt. That way, it is more of a smoothie than juice but I like the thickness and the fuller flavor. And it´s supposed to be healthier, too.

Sometimes I cut fruits into slices or cubes and freeze them. Then I put those frozen fruits into a blender instead of using icecubes, or I use less icecubes.
All kinds of melons and banana or pineapple are great for this, though banana tends to be less flavorful when frozen. Still,it gives smoothies a nice, thick and creamy texture when you use frozen banana slices.

Or I freeze yoghurt like icecubes and use those yoghurt cubes, great in the summertime.

i used to make that "11 vegetable artery cleansing bomb"

it includes 11 vegetables (duh) like cabbage, carrots,
red beets, garlic, onions, cucumber, broccoli, radish,
celery, fennel root, ginger, lettuce etc etc.

i'd make about 1/2 to 1 liter and drink it straight up
right after juicing.

it tasted like a cross between licking a car battery and
eating tree bark, mixed with a hint of sweetness, lol.

but after you drink that shit you actually FEEL it surge
through you and you feel the nutrients coarsing into you
burning your arteries clean from the inside. no shit.

i make all types of juices, well made since my juicer is
broken and i have to get a new one.

i've always prefered the mainly vegetable juices but the
fruit juices are simply heavenly. i tend not to drink 'm
too much though since my body can't break down the excess
fructose too well and it could cause a mucus problem.

thus the many vegetable juices.

the most simple and perhaps still very best imo is simply:

4 parts carrot
1 part apple
1/4 part fresh ginger root.

drool
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

My husband spent a small fortune on a fancy dancy juicer a few years ago. He has used it exactly 3 times, and gave up. He hated all the chopping and mess that went with it. rolleyes
