On my side, with a body pillow, leg hiked up a bit on the pillow, head pillow firmly under my head and neck, kitty cat curled up around my belly.

Face down (dead, like Elvis).

Side or stomach.

On the side and lately sometimes face up.

me too! i get told that i look like i'm dead.

I love to sleep on my back, but I usually can't fall asleep this way unless I am totally exhausted, and for some reason I am easily roused back awake if I am on my back. I sleep with 5 pillows, 2 under my head on my side, 2 between my arms and one between my knees.

Normally on my back or my side. I like to sleep on my stomach, but my hamstrings are tight, so that usually hurts my low back. I could just stretch them, but....

I also sleep with my arms above my head when I'm on my back My son does this as well. It looks weird, but it feels so damn comfortable.
