Actually, sales tax is usually collected by the individual states, not the Federal government. So she should go to the Department of Revenue website for the state for which she collected the sales tax.

I was gonna say, there's no such thing in Minnesota. So it would be specific to the state she lives in.

Thanks Gray, the person on the phone was kinda useless...sorry to her....I can't register or anything it won't accept me. I started my business June 1st...so I don't know...it asks for a pin, but I was told I don't have one and the other option requires that I have filed in the past year. I just want to file a no sales tax due.

That would be the Department of Revenue (e.g. New York State Department of Revenue). IRS = Internal Revenue Service, a Federal organization. Technically, not the same thing. She definitely wouldn't/shouldn't contact the IRS for state sales tax.
