How do I Politely Tell My Neighbor to Leave me ALONE

She is driving me crazy, at first it was a cute neighborly friendship, and we hung out and shared a snack and some drinks a few times, she complained about getting her heart broken from her first Lesbian relationship who happens to be the neighbor right below us, and I was trying to help her get over the break up. Now I see that she is crazy and won't leave me alone. Texts me constantly even talked me into pretending to be in a relationship with her on Facebook, to make another girl she just met online jealous, I have to get some space, but I am scared she will turn on me and go all Single White Psychotic Female,
I guess I will ignore her more and distance myself

WTF?? Just tell her bluntly you won't do it, you don't know her that well and even if you do, you wouldn't pull something as childish as that.

I hate space invaders like that disbelief

I have a neighbor like that, she wants to talk all the time. She has no job, and her kids are all adults, she has all kinds of free time. I on the other hand am always running around like a chicken without a head. I always make an "I'm running late" excuse, kinda deal, and excuse myself. hmph!

Just create the distance between you gradually. Hell, if it takes ripping your shirt off and spraying yourself with water, then peeking around the door saying "Oh honey I was just in the shower, let me catch you another day"..do it.

But with anything the more fuel you add to it (by interacting), the bigger the fire gets.

Or send her to this link: http://prince.org/msg/100/309545

Sounds like she let you know upfront that she had boundary issues. Maybe you thought it wouldn't be that way with you?

Be direct.
