I remember doing this most of the time and getting a good routine after many practise. The kick was to get the top spinning and bouncing as hard as possible.
The spinning-style looks different today and containss more tricks when i checked for Youtube-reference.
I used to customise my spinning-top by adding metal rings at the bottom, so it would create this clinging sound when it hit the ground and bounced up and down in the air.

I had another brand than Skuda though. A few years later i bought a more skilled deck from Gordon & Smith with great wheels from the Krypton-brand.

Strawberry Shortcake dolls (all of them)

My brother -- giggle -- was a HUGE Strawberry Shortcake fan! He had that gigantic "Berry Happy Home," and my friends and I used to use it as a crackhouse that my G.I. Joe team would raid from time to time. uzi

[Edited 4/12/09 10:00am]

falloff

My brother used to lay his Action men on top of my Sindy dolls, and rub them together

he also bent all my lady lego ppl over in my lego town and all the lego men were stood up behind them..

I really didnt understand why he did this..

Mine were Barbie Dolls. Twister, Clue, Monopoly, Life.

Lots of reading, I had the whole series of Enid Blyton, the famous five and cartoons, science fiction/Marvel etc.
Puzzles (Flintstones), monopoly, memory, ne t'en fais pas etc. Loads of barbies but they weren't my thing, I played a lot with lego and playmobil. Listening to music.
Outside I loved to play badminton, to jump rope and those elastic thingies you'd put around your legs (2 girls needed) and others would jump between them, oh and blowing soap bubbles.

Seems like ages.

Monsters.

Demons, mutants, freaks, dinosaurs, zombies et cetera.

Seriously I burst in laughter when we had to empty my grandfather's attic when his house was being sold. My old stuff was there and 80-90% of all my toys were some sort of, well, satanic entities.
