Giants release Plaxico Burress Just saw this on the espn ticker. Talented receiver. Just got to
get his off the field stuff together. I liked this guy in pittsburgh but going to the biggest market in the league just seemed to overwhelm this guy. Don't laugh at my funk

Yeah new york made him stupid off the field.
This kind of stuff didn't happen to him in pittsburgh when he was surrounded by quality guys like hines ward, bettis, and then rookie ben rothlisberger whom he was close to. Burress is a grown ass man now though, so he has to grow up a little. Don't laugh at my funk

Assuming that he can stay out of jail and cop a plea bargain, the Bears need to pick him up as fast as they can. Ater all, Jay Cutler needs some great receivers to throw to.
