I've heard of high value cars (or parts thereof) being cloned, Ferrari's, Maserati's and the like ... not 27k trucks ... that's new.

And quality. no ... I heard of a guy who supposedly bought a Ferrari at an auction. It was only discovered because during maintenance they saw a screw that wasn't a Ferrari screw. He didn't have a cert and it was taken away with no restitution. Quality is the same, you need an expert eye to see the difference.

They really build those cars to perfection ... that's why you get certificates with high value cars. not really new, it's been going on for years in this area...trucks especially in the south are at a premium...

Classic muscle cars get cloned all the time. You'd better not buy a 'Cuda or Superbird or Corvette or Camaro without hiring a couple of experts that can absolutely verify that your car is what the seller says it is. Second Funkiest White Man in America
