Mornings I love mornings
I love the coffee ritual - the feeding of the animals - the quiet of the house and the stillness outside It's 10 degrees on my deck when I stepped out to snap this photo just now By sunday it will be 60 degrees So do you like mornings ? What about them do you like or dislike ?

I don't have much of an opinion on them one way or another - I'm usually too busy trying to get out the door to go to work to think about it.
I suppose if I got to hang around the house, sipping coffee, taking pictures and kissing butterflies, I might have a different opinion. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Your morning sound peaceful. I dream of that. I get it on an occasional weekend, if some of the kids have spent the night elsewhere. Usually it a mad dash to do as many thing simutainiously until I absolutely have to leave before my son is late for the bus.
Gorgeous picture!! Peace. Love. Prince

Mornings are blah and routine in my house. It's all about getting ready for work while getting the animals all looked after while getting my son ready for daycare.

I'm not a morning person, but they are a necessary evil
Didn't get much sleep lastnight, and I'd kill for a caffinated beverage...but I'm trying to kick the habit If you will, so will I

My mornings:
Hubby leaves at 5am, he likes to get in a workout before work. (he does have a nice ass though) Wake my oldest daughter up by 6:30, as she takes her sweet time doing her make-up and such. Breakfast and gathering of the school supplies, homework etc. for my 11 year old and 5 year old. Poke my 25 year old son with a stick as he starts work at 9am. Get myself showered and hair blow dried each morning, as my hair looks crazy, if I wash it the night before. Feed the dog and give him a few hugs before we walk out the door at 7:45. I stop off at Starbucks for my daily , show up at work by 9!

well you should come chase butterflies with me some morning then When the day comes that I have to get up to go cash that 300 million dollar lotto check I will still cry I hate the morning with the passion of a thousand crucified christs. I only do it because I have. to and the thing I really hate is people trying to imply laziness because I sleep till 10 on a Saturday. Um, excuse me I'm NOT lazy 5 damn days a week and I'm up at 6:00, home at 11:00 most nights going to work, working, and getting home. Normally I LOVE MORNINGS! I have that whole ritual thing too... stumble to the kitchen, brew coffee (the smell alone is a zinger), wake everybody up, get'em ready for school and so on...
THIS morning was different, had a little bit too much vino and I feel that tickle of a cold coming on. To put it plainly my ass was and still is draggin' today... A working class Hero is something to be ~ Lennon |

I love mornings in the summer... Or in a very cold winter..when it's snowing outside or a clear blue cold sky... but when I open the curtains and it's grey, wet and windy outside... The Borg... Partypoopers of the galaxy.. ( Medical Hologram )
