so this is the 4th movie, and it's basically the same name as the first one?

Now if Paul Walker was giving it to Vin Diesel in the ass in a greasy garage, then i might have some interest in watching the fourth one.

Well the first one was named "The Fast & The Furious" this one is "Fast & Furious"...similar but different. I don't even recognize the 2nd and 3rd sequels as true sequels because they really had nothing to do with the original movie and were quite boring as hell. Tyrese and Bow Wow didn't even peak my interest.

I'm actually quasi-psyched about the news. I didn't like the sequels because they ventured elsewhere with the storyline AND delivered sub-par performances (Even when you consider that it was originally just supposed to work as an action-packed thriller-filler-upper type film. Not saying that these peeps were giving 5-Star Acting Performances in ANY of the movies. That was never supposed to be the case, anyway.). This is just a testosterone orgy, and that's how I take it. This is the formula for enjoying a rather formulaic type of film. So, TAKE IT AND LOVE IT, YOU PARTY-POOPERS!!! mad
This sig is just a fig of your imago-neigh-shun

I love it how Vin and Paul have to NOW come back and do this movie since they haven't really done shit since then, after turning down the 3quel and for Vin, the sequel and a cheesy cameo in the 3quel. Boy, the movie biz is a funny biz. wink

Yeah I was thinking this too when Vin turned down the sequel and only Paul Walker was in it from the original movie....then Vin was only at the end of the 3rd installment rolleyes I didn't even bother to watch "The Tokyo Drift" one. And the second one with Tyrese Gibson made me barf

I haven't seen Paul in too many things since the sequel, but Vin has had a string of box office failures...so it would make sense for him to finally agree to be in this 4th one...I think he turned down the 2nd sequel so he wouldn't get type casted.

Naw, he turned it down, like most actors that turn down sequels, because he thought he was "above" doing a sequel and he thought he was gonna "blowuptuate" as an actor lol.

that CG fiery stunt at the end is ruining the preview for me... It's very silly, almost a parody at that part.
