Job satisfaction

I like what I do, but not who I do it for. They give me little support or staffing. If you're not happy at work, and you've only been working with the company for 6 months...is it bad to change where you're working?

No, not at all. What's bad is staying at a job where you're not happy. You should get a job where you feel satisfied. I have been in the position where you are now, and it is not fun at all. My suggestion to you is to update your resume and start looking again. Good luck to you, I know you'll find a new job that will be a much better fit for you.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Define "bad."

Bad for your happiness? Your financial health? Your future hireability?

Only you can answer that.

Personally, i would look at being the boss. You are obviously good at what you do. Why make somebody else rich? Particularly when they don't seem to appreciate you. Success is the best form of revenge.

It isnt bad to change after 6 months, but first I woiuld try and bring this up with work and see what they can do. If you have tried all options and you really arent happy, then there isnt much point in staying, and as you said you like what you do, it would be awful for it to pull you down so much that it is affecting you and not just professionally

That is over-saturated. Now I own a family planning clinic.

I've been at mine for 6 months too and it's very hard, but I'm planning to do it for 2-3 years at least before moving on. I'm still learning about all the processes, and though my coworkers are okay, I can't relate to them very much at all.

Communicate and inform them of what you are dealing with. If things don't change, go for something else. Their loss.
