Two months is way too light a sentence. That was somebody's fucking HEAD he's smoking dope out of. There is a level of criminal insanity there.

How would you like to be his mom, explaining his crime to extended family? Have mercy, I couldn't imagine. But after seeing that scene on "Six Feet Under" where the friends mixed the ashes with coke and snorted them as a send off, I think my shock factor has been raised considerably, this is hardly surprising.
