Pretty simple to use though I have only used mine a handfull of times

I have a serious tilt in my uterus and sometimes it would shift off the cervix

lol last physical my doctor was complaining that mine was downward facing or something. i forget. rolleyes
i was considering the cup when i contemplated all the waste generated over one's lifetime. however i have yet to make the leap.

I find the mooncup thing-ies to be positively disgusting and inconvenient. Who wants to wash out their mooncup in the ladies room at work or a restaurant or something?
