KING BROTHERS - GUILTY-PATERNAL MURDER These two young brothers have been found guilty of murdering their father. Should they receive the dealth penalty although they are minors? IMO, no child should receive the death penalty and that includes Malvo (suspected sniper), who has already been convicted and sentenced to death by the media, and other government agencies. No, I don't think they should receive the death penalty, that would be absurd. I've only seen bits and pieces of this case on tv so I don't know too much. Weren't these children molested by somebody? | |

I'm not sure, I haven't followed this case much either. But any child that commits murder has to be victim of outside influences. I feel the same about Malvo. IF he is indeed guilty of the sniper murders, I believe he was unduly influenced by his stepfather. This makes him as much a victim as all those people who were killed. I don't know about immediately, but my suspicion says that this has been going on for some time.
