I ordered Under the Cherry Moon and Sign O the Times from the UK. UTCM doesn't work. It pops up wrong region. How can I fix it or do I need to send it back and order another?

you can google up to see if there is a region free hack available for your dvd player, it could be as simple as typing a few commands in the remote, or downloading and burning an updated firmware to make it multiregion

failing that you can use something like dvdshrink or dvddecrypter to rip the dvd to your pc's harddrive, removing the regional protection etc, and then burn it to a new blank dvd and play that in your dvd player

btw, both movies are available in NTSC, checkout amazon.ca (canadian), that's where i got mine delivered to the UK. PAL plays back 4% faster so speeds and pitches up the sound and music so it doesn't sound right
