I gave her 4 recipes made w/ hamburger and various canned ingredients.

Can't believe I gave them to her considering how much I love her and her kids.

Okay...here's what I shared w/ Nekky

giggle

Dish #1
>
> 1 lb hamburger Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, onion salt etc...
> 1 can cream of mushroom soup
> 1 can green beans, drained
> milk (Fill the soup can as much as you like to get consistency you want. Start at 1/2 can)
> Cooked rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
>
> Brown and season hamburger
> Add soup, milk and green beans
> Heat through.
>
> Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
>
> Recipe #2 Chili
>
> Chili seasoning packet of choice
> 1 lb hamburger
> 1 can pinto beans, drained
> 1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
> 1 lg. can diced tomatoes, do not drain
>
> Brown hamburger and add seasoning packet
> Add all canned items
> Heat through
>
> Serve w/ crackers or cornbread
>
> #3 "Goulash" (That's what we always called it in my family LOL)
>
> 1 lb hamburger seasoned to taste
> 1 box kraft mac n cheese, prepared according to box instructions
> 1 lg can diced tomatoes, undrained.
>
> Brown and season hamburger
> In a separate pan make the Mac n cheese (for some reason it is better if you make the mac n cheese separately)
>
> Combine the cooked hamburger, mac n cheese and tomatoes in a large pot and heat through.
>
> #4 Spaghetti
>
> 1 lb hamburger
> 2 cans tomato sauce
> 1 can tomato paste
> Salt, pepper, garlic and italian seasoning.
>
