I must have received at least 3 compliments today.. and I am on 
I feel good. Did you know that for each one negativity one experiences, be it just a snide comment or whatever, it takes 6 positives to wipe out that one negative? Dress nice, take care of yourself, love yourself: you are WORTH IT!  &  to you all!!! xxxx

as I said, we focus too much on the negative and should spend more time appreciating the positives in our lives.. Yeah thats so true... I'm staying optimistic... Its better 2 rather than hate in it!!
