I love cinnamon drool, but when I think of it I don't exactly think of healthy food redface.

Luke, where are you shopping or eating? Have you been to Trader Joe's yet? It may a be a little difficult but eating cheaply and healthy in Chicago is possible.

I put it it in my banana milkshake, apple compote (at least that one is healthy) and on Viennese apple strudel drool. I recently had it with iced tea. Maybe I should indeed add some other healthier food I should try with cinnamon hmmm.

I am not a big fan of bananas, but I like them in milk shakes and I loved them when I was eating these tiny bananas in South Africa and Trinidad/Tobago. But in general all fruits taste completely different there drool.

don't talk to me about shopping in this country. We went to 2 stores to find a whole chicken, the 2nd store only had two to choice from. The first store had no romaine lettuce, no green cabbage, though it was stocked nicely with pork pies.

I find it very easy to eat healthy in California but I wont deny it is expensive to do so!. Henrys market has been a life saver in the fresh fruits and vegtables department. They have the lowest prices and excellent quality produce.

Do they have any Indian foods there in CA? We had one in Florida that I went to. I usually had curry in my Thai food more than Indian food. I still prefer Thai food myself but it is different here compared to home as well.
Do you like spices?
Normal English food seems bland to me.
I guess that is why curry has made it so well here, it is a change.
I love spicy, hot food but you can get some curry dishes that are not hot and spicy.
You will be fine hug
