REMIXING

so I've finally taken Trent's advice and started remixing his shit (literally - I go round the back of his house and collect his faeces from his septic tank and then mix his shit up with sugar and flour and make shitcakes).

Does anyone else remix?

I've made two so far, one I think is shit (too...I dunno, unplanned?) and the other I really like.

They are both mashups. One of "The Great Destroyer" with Daft Punk's "Sleep Machine"

The Great Steam Machine

And the other of "My Violent Heart" with Justice's "One Minute to Midnight"

My Violent Minute to Midnight

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. smile

Essentially I reckon My Violent Minute to Midnight is way better. I think it's for two reasons: a) the songs "fit" better and b) I'm getting better at Ableton.

Has anyone else remixed anything?
