Isn't it just blood? shrug It's in your steak and whatnot, so it's not a big deal.

I have a nice cube of boiled blood in my 'guay jap' soup. Tastes quite nice. smile

Why do people get so freaked out by eating certain parts of animals? lol

Leg of a dead animal is fine, yet neck isn't? Wing is cool, but foot isn't? Rump is spot on, but ears are not? A rare steak is a treat, but a cube of blood is a no-no?

It's the blood? I'd get that, in a way, but I won't have it that a well done steak is not an inferior steak. You can't have a well done steak and have it be tender and juicy. It's a sacrifice of taste and texture, but if it's owing to not liking the blood then I understand. Otherwise it's just a shame. The same way I've never had sushi when it's probably really good.

OK,

This may be easier than I thought. The dehydrator makes a big difference.

I had RAW nutloaf meatballs, with raw tomato basil sauce, cauliflower smashed "potatoes", and an orange sliced up for lunch.

There was no sense that I compromised anything for the meal eiher--it was delicious.

Here took a picture for yall ky

At any rate, I don't believe that the normal "SAD" diet--standard American diet, is healthy or working for me. The results can be seen on my extra weight this year, and the way I've been feeling.

This may be more related to your calorie intake rather than the quality food you are eating so do not go crazy and eat every raw vegetable in sight lol .

Well, the recipe actually has cauliflower, macadamia nuts(raw), olive oil, pepper, garlic, and a dash of sea salt.

It taste a bit nutty. A pleasant, mild flavor.
