How Old am I sometimes I feel like im ninty

In the last yr my wife has given Birth,(our second) and all our time is wrapped up in the kids , whats worse is I work 12 hrs shifts (weekends and night days bank holidays) on my rest days shes at work kids either at school or nursery. we dont get to spend the time I want just her and me I know children need our time as well, but i feel guilty about not spending quality time with her, just her, dont get me wrong I Love my kids adore them to bits would die for them. I know in a couple of yrs we will look on this time as being quite busy for the both us. I seemed to have lost that kind of knowing what she wants, It happened when our first was born and I had to do 3 jobs. So all im asking is do you know any sites that cater for a hopeless romatic that loves his wife after nearly 20 yrs together.

many thanks for your time

With all of this said, take a couple of lunches or go in a little late or come in early and stop at the mall. Body Works store will hook you up with the bath oils and lotions. Next available minute (when you're not surfing the net on the Org) or the next time you can get a lunch hour back to the mall and pull from you're earliest memories of 20 years ago, what little things make her happy. It really can't be that hard to do, you love her obviously, start there, why?

My point is spend the time, make the damn time to get her things with a thought behind them and not from a web site or Walmart. That's what will really make her feel the way you want her to feel and it won't have to cost you an arm and a leg unless you want it to.

From the sounds of it, just a weekend away with whatever small things you get her would really accomplish what you both need.

Many your welcomes...

As im at work at the moment my lunch break will be around 2 o'clock in the morning and the only places that are open the are kebab shops!!!

I do most of my surfing at work when its quite

the body oils are a no no as she has sensitive skin did that once never again didnt hear the end of it for months!

well thnaks for all the help had a couple of ideas (not diamonds (lol)

better go back to work

Hm. Perhaps she's saying that, unbeknownst to you, she's recently already bought herself an expensive "Christmas gift".

Check those bank and/or credit card statements! biggrin

Nice but what she was really saying is that she doesn't want you to get her a present. Instead...she wants you to send all diamonds to me! wink

That comment falls into the "Does this make me look fat?" family of trap comments and questions.....your best bet is get much many gifts, or find out what grabs her fancy (commercials, on the net, etc) and go that route...but whatever you do DON'T get to zero day (Christmas) with no gift....no no no! that would be terrible....

While you are at the jewelry store, ask to see a Journey pendant (they probably make rings as well). Any woman who has been in a 20 year relationship would be so touched at the sentiment and they are very pretty.
