We are all equal True? False?
Let's not compare us to the likes of the third world etc, but as a whole, we as a community here, are we all considered equals in life, opportunities given, decisions we make, how we think and how we are etc? I would love to hear your thoughts. Procrastination is the art of keeping up with yesterday.

My feeling is that no matter who you are, there is something you can do better than I can.
So I guess that in some ways, I feel inferior to everyone else. Not in a bad way, but in a respectful way.

I'd love to say that I think of everybody as equal but I don't - generally yes, but when people are incredibly stupid I get rashes all over. Now, I'm NOT saying other people don't think I'M incredibly stupid but there are degrees. Mostly I'm allergic to people who are ignorant about different cultures and the world in general - countries, languages, politics, difficulties the various countries have. I can't stand people who think their part of the world is the only important one. Yeah, that's a dig at some Americans. I've talked to people posting on this site that openly said "why should I care about Europe? They don't care about the US" Or "why would I ever want to travel out of the US?" To be honest I've never encountered a European who expressed the same kind of thoughts but if I did I'd tell them they're dead wrong too.
How can you NOT be interested in the world as a whole? How can you not know there's been a cyclone in Bangladesh and 3,500 people were killed, at least? How can you not care about the presidential election in the US? How can you not care about the spreading of H5N1? How can you not care about important scientific and medical developments? No, I don't think that we're all equal.

Would the word "nigger" spewing out of the mouths of celebrities be front page news? C'mon, seriously you cannot believe that opportunies are equal already? Thankfully, we are all equal to my God in heaven..and I guess that's all that matters. Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian, any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.
