i bought some capsuls, but the powder kind isnt gritty? if its, not id rather have the powder. Any special favorite shake recipie? Or a brad you recommend over another for its quality? | |

OK, there was this guy at my work, who was a living germ factory I swear. He caught every cold and flu that went round, and then he started taking this stuff and he said it was the best stuff ever. BUT it didn't stop him being sick all the time, what is it even purported to do? | |

purported.... I love that word..... Back in 1984 I held a bottle containing some jillion dollars worth of the stuff... and I thought hmmmmm.... the individual ( a major celebrity) was touting the stuff as gold... I suspect he was on gold of another form thereby I am rendered useless all n all... | |
