Girl 1 gives off a more normal, conservative air, and girl 2 looks like a model, actress, and is more attractive (in these photos) Also her ambiguous ethnicity is sexy in an exotic way, she has beautiful eyes and an uncommon look.

Girl 1 appears down to earth, and girl 2 appears more into her looks, possibly not someone I'd necessarily want to spend time with...well maybe one evening.

Honestly,I dont think either of them are so spectacular. But If I had a gun to my head and I HAD to choose. I would say number 1. #2 is not bad either but she looks odd to me. I think its her bone structure. #1 has more symmetrical features,but thats not why I think she's better looking.
