Any good places you can recommend my sister to visit in Beverley Hills?

She will be on her own, so any suggestions would be great!

It's always nice to have a cocktail poolside at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Also, this restaurant is fantastic: http://www.makorestaurant...flash.html I ate there in February and was blown away. Reasonable prices, as well.

the L.A. County Museum is right next to the tar pits, and they're all just blocks away from Farmer's Market and the Grove, for shopping and eating -- all very near Beverly Hills.

The Griddle on Sunset and Crescent Heights is a great breakfast place.

Hollywood Blvd - Chinese Theater, footprints and all that, stars walk of fame, one block south -

Your sister should ask an immigrant cab driver to take her to a nice bar or club. He will then ask if she likes hot guys, at least that was my experience on my first night in Beverly Hills.

A stop in L.A. isn't complete without visiting the Saddle Ranch. Tell her to get really drunk and ride the mechanical bull. Orgote me when she's gonna be there.

We talked him out of it(and he was really into seeing some hot guys, I think). We ended up going to Jerry's Deli. Probably the classiest deli I've ever been to, but I did get one of my worst hangovers ever there. I still believe they were slippin' mickies into the drinks.
