I had too much beer and food this morning watching the chelsea game to go out and do anything and just saw the commercial. I only saw 3 of the movies Last King of Scotland, The Departed, and Blood Diamond. I hope the First 2 win everything. Other than that I don't know much. Are u watching them?

I need to find a bowtie for a viewing party. But that's it for my formality.

Unfortunately I won't be able to see it live, but I'm going to keep myself up-dated. I'm glad that Ellen is hosting it, because a good host at these kinds of award shows is so important if you don't want everyone to fall asleep... Anyways, what's most fun for me is to see all the wonderful (and terrible)clothes.

I can't stand to see people pat each other on the back and tell each how great they are and act as if it is so important...so no.

Also, I haven't seen any of the movies and nor will I.

I'm going to a friends to watch it tonight.

I'm a little bummed cause we normally go to the official oscar party here, that's also a benefit for Minnesota AIDS Project. (It's the oldest officially sanctioned oscar party outside of hollywood.) I usually get to get all dressed up, walk a red carpet and eat super duper yummy desserts all night.

We decided to skip it this year.
