My nephew is so freaking cute!!!! About a month ago I was sitting in the reclining chair in our living room and my mom was writing out some bills so I took the baby for a bit so she could finish doing that. So I had him sitting across my lap and he was playing with my cell phone. Then a commercial for AARP came on. Now my nephew loves commercials because of all the jingles and music. He loves music  So the AARP commercial finishes and he grabs my face and turns it towards him and says "AARP" and I asked him if he liked the commercial and he just grabbed my face again and said AARP. Then I started laughing and asked my mom if maybe he was trying to tell me I'm an old fart. 
Well my sister took the baby to Texas to visit with his other grandmother. My sister called yesterday to tell my mom something that happened. She said he was sitting on the couch and he was starting to nod off. His eyes would start closing and his head would tilt and then he'd wake back up only to have his eyes close and repeat the whole thing over and over. My sister said his eyes were rolling around in his head he was so tired Then the AARP commercial came on and my sister said he snapped out of his coma and said .....  AARP!
 His uncle then exclaimed "that's what he's been saying". The whole time in Texas the baby was walking around saying AARP and nobody could figure out what the hell he was saying
I love him so much!

I had a bad experience watching someones 9 month old and 5 year old....the baby was making these weird sounds....then she started foaming at the mouth...I thought she was choking..so I put her over my knee and prayed to God while patting her on the back....a bunch of times. She threw up on me a whole lot....I was so scared. Don't want anyones child dead in my care...then the 5 year old said "if anything happens to her you're dead"....   Don't know what the mother was thinking leaving them with me. | |
