Early this a.m. I woke up with too much phlegm in my system. Whenever this happens I understand that my sinuses are acting up and that my body is constipated.

So I started a water fast today after going for my morning jog.
At any rate, I'm only in day one of my water fast and all I can say is that I crave turkey, Stuffing, and chocolate something fierce. This is torture.

By the third day of a water fast, you're appetite will finally go away, but until then, it's not happiness to see the pizza delivery boy driving by to someone else's house.


I'm a strong advocate of holistic methods of cleansing and healing. I've embarked on 10 day water fasts before and to very successful results (increase alertness, smooth skin, mental acuity, removal of depression, sinus clearing, overall better health, etc.), but normally I will break the fast when I realize that I'm feeling well again.
