Minneapolis drivers beware - rock throwing maniac on 94

some little moron in a beige sedan, license plate RTA87_ was tossing rocks out his car at other cars as he passed them for no reason. unprovoked. fortunately he didn't break the glass on mine.

be careful if you're out there driving, this cunt is not only insane he's mean and extremely stupid

for real. freaked me out. heard this loud CRACK on my windshield, looked over and saw the guy throwing stuff out his window as he passed me on the left. wanted to run him off the road and stomp his head but realized that would be equally inappropriate confused

i would have to agree. give the cops what you have, and let them decide if there's anything they can do.

If they get enough calls, they may be able to do something about it. You could at least call the 'non-emergency' police number...

I would have followed him and confronted him. I'm being serious.

he was a big, black guy, laughing at me, i think. not sure if there was a racial component but it felt like it.

anyway i was on the last leg of a three hour drive home. not really up for a confrontation.
