ive just been to the BIGGEST wrecka stow in the world....

apparently..i was in AMOEBA music in los angeles..

bloody heaven ..its fucking massive!anyway i bought

I BELIEVE TO MY SOUL-a realy lovely gospel cd feat miss staples,billy preston and irma thomas amongst others

STREET SONGS-rick james..yeah ya'll know him!

THE BEST OF THE JB'S-i cannot stop playing this it is soooo fonky and isnt breakin bread the most addictive tune?

ps..i reckoned the assistants may be none too clued up so i casually enquired about a "few old prince cds...vanity 6,madhouse-NO CHANCE HEHEH and at least 100 dollars..oh well!

One of our very own orgers works at Amoeba SF.. I think he said that guy from BJM has a new band now and just played recently...

I was just there and forgot how great some of the deals are! I can't believe I paid retail for Selmasongs when it was at Amoeba for $7!!! Great spot to get soundtracks too.. you can get used ones for $2 when all you really want them for is one song...

(Sigh) Amoeba is a little slice of heaven..
