Thread Creating Seminar!

First come first serve.

But this is really meant for people like Bucket and asianboi, who really don't have a freaking clue as to how to start a good thread. They seem to just put up random shit and hope it flies.

On this threa, I will be offereing tips and strategies on the following topics:

  • How to select a topic

  • How to word the topic so that it grabs a lurker's attention

  • Icon selection (too often people don't consider details such as this. It can make all the difference)

  • Use of colored fonts (mix it up a bit)

  • Deciding on a particular letter that you will not use (that's some pretty cutting edge stuff and is only for advanced posters

  • Thread cultivation: don't just start a thread and walk away. YOU must work for the thread! Not the other way around

  • Photshop: Photoshop is for whores. Leave it.

  • Distracting bkw so he doesn't post on your thread and ruin it entirely. (I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me disbelief


Sign up now so I can get an idea of how many xerozes I need to make. I will be doing a powerpoint presentation as well, so that the lessons will be easy to follow.

Coffe and donuts will be served the first session.

9sey, orgnoted me and told me to change the subject to make it more "attention grabbing"

So I took his advice, cos I thought he was being kind, and renamed the thread as he isnstructed to *Prince Sees Ghosts* eek
