Someone's just looking to make a buck off of this. Still, it just proves to me that Janet is a marketing genius. Sure, there's a backlash, but EVERYONE is talking about her. Free publicity for her by EVERY major news outlet.

See I beleive that's the real reason for the backlash. Everybody's mad the only one who's gonna make money is Janet. CBS and MTV wouldn't say shit if they were getting a cut of those album sales. and MTV would be crazy not to run her vids cause they would get some high-ass ratings from playing say, an hour's worth of them on a special or something.
