In another 'blah' week on the charts...Outkast stays on top despite an 11% decrease in sales fending off Ms. Sheryl Crow who saw an 11% increase of her fabulous "Very Best of" set. And for some reason Evanescence jump back up into the top 5...

Seeing the biggest increase this week in the Top 20 is none other than Jessica Simpson who rises 28-16 with a 23% increase in sales. Word has it that the album will be re-released with a Jessica/Nick duet of "Take My Breath Away"...yup the Berlin song...yup..I'm scared too!
