Any Todd Rudgren Fans in the House? I'm not a Todd Rudgren fanatic by any means (don't even own any of his CDs), but there are a few songs that I have downloaded that I really like, such as "Can We Still Be Friends", "We Gotta Get You a Woman", and "Bang the Drum". I find myself listening to these songs over and over again and really enjoying them for some strange reason. Does anybody else enjoy Todd's music as I do? RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Loving You Is A Dirty Job, But Somebody's Got To Do It (with Bonnie Tyler) We are the heat and the light in the forest. Without us this is only a place. With us it becomes an adventure.

I only know him from the classic albums tv series where they talk about making "Bat out of Hell". He's obviously a brilliant guy, I just haven't gotten around to listening to his music.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you may be a bit confused. "Bat out of Hell" was recorded by Meat Loaf, not Todd Rudgren. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you may be a bit confused. "Bat out of Hell" was recorded by Meat Loaf, not Todd Rudgren. No, I'm not that stupid. Rundgren (check the spelling folks) produced Bat out of Hell when virtually nobody else in the industry would touch it with a barge pole. He basically paid for it to be made and played on it...and must have made a serious shitload of bank out of it as well. I'd say if you have any kind of interest in Todd Rundgren, it's definitely worth watching. Jim Steinman called him "the only true genius I've ever met"

I've been a fan for... 7 years now? Excellent middle of the road pop combined with bizarre madness. One of the greatest songwriters of our time, better than Lennon at least.
Here's a few rarer gems: "Izzat Love", "It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference", "Determination", "Swing To The Right", "Lost Horizon", "Where Did The Time Go?", "Hope I'm Around", "Zen Archer" & "Love Of The Common Man". Happy downloading, just make sure you'll buy some of his albums too in the future! Besides, Todd really needs the money. He's got two wives (I'm not kidding)...
