AC/DC, the best hard rock group ever  Incorrect. Led Zeppelin is the greatest BAND ever period. AC DC is a close second in the Rock category though. Eh. Page couldn't play live. The best thing about Zeppelin was Jones & Bonham. But my vote for best metal band would be Pantera. Even though Metallica has made metal mainstream, there isn't a band that can really touch Pantera in terms of beingflexible. They're harcore, funky, and they can even blow a little redneck jazz here and there. Great band. I heard they're breaking up, has anyone else heard this? You need to watch their DVD. I wish Prince would tap into Metal!! I'd love to hear his slant on it after he was exposed to it for awhile

Prince in metal? I can't see it happening..but hell, he toyed with Zeppelin so he might take the next step.
