My thing is this was thirty years ago and never a word a rumor etc… till he died then when she could get attention or have no one to really defend him she can say what she wants. Her past behaviors and statements put me in a place of not believing her fully on anything. I agree. She's going around, talking shit about a man who is not here to defend himself. It's wrong.Funny how she came up with that absurd story about Arsenio Hall, then changed her tune when he sued her. She's just an attention-seeking,hasbeen singer trying to sell a book.

That’s the whole thing in this world now we live in this will get attention but for me her story can’t even be checked, and I’m sure typical gossipy tv shows and magazines will ask for her interviews and she will sell books etc…… "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

but it's not as if Sinead is a "normal" person, either she has lied about other things and has even made some pro-rape comments about Mike Tyson.

Personally, I think Sinead is full of horse manure.
Just from the tone and hyperbole of what's written in her excerpt in the article, it rings as pure disingenuity.
Full disclosure: I have had friends who have actually worked with and for Prince, and while I consider myself a lifelong fan of his work, I am objective enough to say that based on the conversations I've had with freinds about their long term working experiences through the years, yes, he was considered to be as much of a self-centred a**hole as he was extraordinarily gifted and a genius. However, NEVER has anyone ever intimated that he was a violent man. EVER.
I am not against anyone sharing how he may have been involved in their lives by way of memoirs. Every person has different facets to them and no one person can be the same to all people. I have specifically always been a proponent that women should be allowed to share the truth of their life experiences, it doesn't matter who it involves or how beloved the public figure: the fact is that it's the woman's storty to tell. However, Sinead sounds to me like he needs to have her meds adjusted.
Historically, whether or not it results from mental illness, Sineadf O'Connor is a person that has a problem with telling the truth, and I don't think the case is any differnt here. I don't believe I'm reading anything from a woman who is actually clear headed or of sound mind, so sorry, Girl, gotta dismiss this one with a big, fat, Naw, son.
