New Jack Swing Appreciation Thread Part II: 30th Anniversary Since this year is the 30th anniversary when it was becoming popular and reaching a fever ptich, I wanted to bring back the New Jack Swing appreciation thread. There were a lot of albums that came out that year and made huge impacts on this genre and some that some that came out the year prior, but wouldn't make that same impact until 30 years ago too. And we can't forget the top main producers who were on their game at this time, like Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, L.A. Reid & Babyface and last, but not least, Teddy Riley. So come on and let's celebrate 30 years of this incredible genre of music, that is New Jack Swing!!
