Michael's background vocals on Deon Estus' "Heaven Help Me" are wonderful.

Have you ever heard "Waltz Away Dreaming"?

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I will shoot the messenger, why post these. Who needs to see these hazy ass, I look like Mark Abrams from Color Me Badd photos. Can you imagine someone dredging through ALL your photos and pulling out the very worst after you die to insult you. Hnece why in this reporst of your post, I deleteed the link and them.

Look through this thread. The subject of his obesity was first brought up by someone else, they were called a liar and troll as some refused to believe it. So I wanted to set the record straight, and the only way to do so was to provide evidence - which I did.

It's unfortunate you view our seeking the truth about what happened as an "insult", especially when I presented the evidence as respectfully as possible. And why do you assume George was embarrassed about his weight gain? You're projecting.

And yes, if I die at a young age I'd want my loved ones to know the truth. It helps with closure.

THE TRIUMPHAL BOMBAST OF A CHUBBY MAN!

I also did it because I am a person of plus size proportions and are tired of the fat shaming and fat bashing the media indulge in. Vegatarians and skinny people do not live longer, every fitness guru or healthy eating consultant looks prematurely aged and the news is full of stupid stories about how evil, meat, sugar, fat and oils are when in fact they are all needed as part of a balanced diet. Most vegans I know look like human fossils at 55 and many have died young.

.

Crash dieting shows like "The biggest Loser" never work and 99% of the winners eventually gain back all the weight and then some, Erik Chopin who weighed 410lb in the Bigest Loser in 2007, went down to 195lb, he now weighs 550lb.

.

Rickywayne from Heavy, lost 230lb dropping to 300lb in 2011, Rickywayne now weighs 600lb and is near death. Same with lap band surgeries, most of the patients die or become seriously ill within months.

.

I am not promoting being obese as a lifestyle choice, but once you are, its not that bad, just don't get any fatter. I used to weigh 180lb and had a BMI of about 22 and was constantly sick and eating like a rabbit, now in a sound relationship I bulked up to 250 - 260lb and have a BMI of 35, I have not had a cold in 9 years (Since I got fat after my Mum died), do not have diabetes or heart problems, exercise and eat normally and do noyt take any pills or that sleep apna thing. I feel and look a picture of health, yet I am constantly picked on for being fat and fat jokes abound. Yet at the same time, most people think I am 27. It also helps I do not drink and smoke or do any drugs like many so called vegans and nature life hippies do.

.

George god rest his soul, died from drug abuse complications no doubt, not because he beefed up and it was obvious being from a big boned Greek family, he was never going to be skinny minny. Even his English mother was large. Had he left the druggies and booze alone, he may still be with us and a big happy man.

.

Look at the evidence, Winston Churchill a very big man lived to 91. Mickey Rooney made 87, Wilford Brimley is nearly 90 and very fat. Being fat does not mean you will die at 46. What about Taft, he lived well into his 80s and so did Hoover (Herbert, not that homophobic gay negro that ran the FBI). I am big and proud and its time we stopped worshipping health gurus, flash in the pan food science and crash dieting and skeletal looking Auschwitz models like Kate Moss.

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

Makes no sense at all. Saying some people were obese and died old is the same thing as saying: my uncle smoked his whole life and died when he was 90. Being fat doesnt mean you are sure to die young, but the chance of getting complications is big.
There are of course healty large people, but there are a lot that have health issues because they are big.
Stop the bashing of big people, but also stop saying its all ok.

Like Andy Gibb who died back in 1988 was clean and sober for awile after doing serious drugs for years, died at 30 from Heart Disease that was with him since birth and got worse as he got older because the drugs forced his heart into overtime. FACT is that is what Drugs do to your heart, also things we dont call DRUGS also do that to your heart, like Caffeine, all sugar, fat, etc....Things like Red Bull and other energy drinks may let U think "U have enrgy" but everything in them is forcing the heart into overtime which if you have any heart issue even MINOR, like a heart murmur which many have and dont even know, but things like these energy drinks will eventually get you and kill you.

Good point.

The last I heard, the investigation was holding the body, and hadn't released it yet. So they were unable to have any sort of proper ceremony or memorial.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Have the released the body to the family yet? I've not heard a darn thing about it.

Good tribute on the Brit Awards which included Prince in the video.
