Lo’s real estate lore. Now the Mediterranean-style mansion is switching hands again, this time to former Genesis drummer and singer Phil Collins, who has paid a whopping $33 million. . Built in 1929, the gated, 1.2-acre property includes 200 feet of waterfront on Biscayne Bay and boasts 7 bedrooms, 9.5 baths, and views of the Miami skyline. Jennifer Lopez sold the home in 2005 to businessman Mark Gainor, who renovated and reconfigured part of the home to include a 1,000-square-foot master suite. . While Collins is settling down in Miami, a few celebs are saying goodbye, including Shakira, who’s trying to sell her home for $13 million, and LeBron James, who is parting ways with his waterfront estate for $17 million.
