It's extremely frustrating because Leidisi deserves much more recognition than she gets.
It's also disappointing that guys like John Legend and especially Common portray themselves as conscious dudes. John Legend spoke about Beyonce like she was John Gotti or something.

They are all friends.. It seems to be a power clique...Add Alicia Keyes and Swiss Beats--because I thought that "New Yok song" sounded like Legend's writing style (my opinion, but I have no proof other than the song itself..).
When it comes to $$$$$, exposure, and remaining-relavent for how-long you can, people just do not think, they probably move quickly---with agents and management urging you to look-out for your own career..

John Legend is a good singer. However, he is very bland and hasn't evolved artistically. His current sound is more gimmicky now. His first album Kanye produced was actually pretty good and the second had a few good songs. He seems to be more of a trend follower than an "artist." When you have news journalist like Anderson Cooper saying "It's Beyonce's world and we just live in it" in a serious matter, you know it's gotten ridiculous. Plus John Legend saying you can't say no to her. This is why she thinks she can do whatever she wants like forcing her way onto credits she doesn't deserve, and doing shady shit at the expense of other artists because everyone's lips are so firmly planted on her ass.
I've never seen the media kiss a celebrities ass so much, but with excessive ass kissing comes excessive backlash. I wouldn't want it lol. It looks like the backlash has been starting the last couple years too. She better pray they don't do her like they did Michael.
