they will probably settle to shut her up, she is desperate at this point. Does she realize that this BIOPIC actually got her name out there again, who the hell was even looking for "Pebbles" lets be real. This is one of those lawsuits that are about 20 years late, people are so past TLC and no one cares about Pebbles and her mercedes boy anymore. There should be a rule that LAWSUITS like these should be in the century they are relevant. While this is true, it ushered in lies along with her legacy, and can mess up future business too! She said the movie came out the same time someone in her family had cancer, so it was extra stressful for her. She also wanted to be able to vet the facts before its release, and VH1 denied her request. Pebbles watched the movie and had eight pages of notes that ranged from embellishments to flat out lies, including specific figures that were thrown around in the movie ($25 weekly allowance for each TLC member).

Are TLC named in the suit also? Cause as far as i heard they didnt debate things that were said so if she is taking Viacom to court, someone said this stuff was truth? Werent TLC in on all of this story or at least a good part of it? I dont know the background on who wrote this movie, who put in details so I cant really say, but if the members of the group said that was what they were given also the 56cents an album sold, this was another number they stated on many interviews. If TLC put in their version of what happend they should be named in the suit, which would be funny cause there would be no $ if it wasnt for TLC in the first place. I forget how these cases are supposed to go, but I just know Pebbles views the corporation, VH1 (Viacom) to be the ''publisher'' of these lies.
