I'd like to see some other big name celebrities speak out against Wade....where's Diana Ross? Madonna? Justin Timberlake? Beyonce and Jay-Z?

Wade is trying to drag Michael's reputation through the mud.MJ's famous friends shouldn't stand by and let that happen.

I understand Diana Ross, hell, he even appointed her guardian of his children, but the rest - it's just colleagues, they were not even his friends.
so I think to speak on the subject - not the best thing for them (and MJ), they were not there, so their opinions are not valid.
Lionel Richie - yes, he's at least a long-term friend and therefore can deny the accusations based on the fact that he knows MJ personally and saw him in an informal setting many times, including seeing him with these kids.
I think that the less attention to this subject - the better.

They are not going to speak out lol

Because they were not his friend although he inspired ALL of them even Madonna. I am sure Madonna might have a couple of words if she was asked about it but Justin, Beyonce and Jay Z ......you can forget it lol (they care to much about their own reputation to be dragged down as a result of defending Michael). A reporter asked Beyonce back in 03 how she felt about the allegations against Michael and her stuck up ass said "no comment". (Really no comment? To an artist that you claim you are crazy about? Even Brittany Spears defended MJ when a reporter asked her about it. ) Those celebs care to much about their own reputation. I dont expect to much from them because they did not know Michael personally and was not his friend. They claim Michael was their biggest inspiration but dont want to speak out when it counts. They all have meant him so its not like they cant speak out on how kind he was to them or how he was as a person. We already know Justin is a punk ass bitch for the way he dogged Janet so he is not going to speak out for nobody.I dont really care about these celebrities because their not real fans and they werent real friends. They were just people Michael inspired. Now I do give Madonna some credit because she has defended Michael over the last decade even before he passed.

I know some celebrities who have never meant Michael but oddly defend him and have defended him so whether your friends or not really doesnt have anything to do with publicly defending someone

Somebody like Diana Ross should be speaking out (a person Michael called a dear friend) and she shockingly hasnt been doing a good job of publicly defending him.

Since Michael's death, Diana Ross rarely does any interviews. And the few that she has done, she made it perfectly clear with all journalists (including Oprah) that she will NOT discuss Michael at all. And we all know that a discussion about the friendship of Diana & Michael can damn nearly be made into a motion picture in itself.

Why would any of those celebrities want to add fuel to a fire... that's not really growing at all.

None of the major tabloids in Britain are reporting on this majorly, other than little articles on like the 50th page. Not a front page story which is shocking, considering many celebrities in the UK have been accused of the same thing, (child molestation and rape) since Jimmy Savile was exposed as one of Britains biggest pedophiles. Plus any MJ story is usually big news, but the press isn't really talking about it at all here.

The sworn testimony that will come back to haunt Wade Robson

When you've been covering Michael Jackson for any significant period of time, you come to believe that nothing can shock you anymore. Since I began reporting on Michael Jackson for various media organisations, he has announced the biggest concert residency of all time and then died before he could complete it. A doctor has been jailed for his homicide and a posthumous album has caused international scandal by containing tracks allegedly sung by an imposter.

For many years, Michael Jackson's life (and after-life) has been a quagmire of scandal, controversy and legal wrangling. Presently, entertainment company AEG - which promoted Jackson's 'This Is It' concerts - is on trial over what the singer's family feels is a modicum of responsibility for his death. Already, witnesses have testified that Jackson was banned from the stage during some rehearsals for fear he would injure himself. A producer has testified to weeping as she saw Jackson rambling at rehearsals that God was speaking to him. She told jurors she had warned senior production members she believed he was dying and needed to be transported to hospital, only for her pleas to go ignored. Less than a week later, he was dead.

To a seasoned Jackson correspondent, none of this was surprising. It seems that not a week goes by without some drama or another engulfing the deceased music legend or those closely associated with him, from copyright disputes to kidnap allegations. But last week there was a development in the Michael Jackson sphere which truly did surprise me. Wade Robson, who has staunchly defended Michael Jackson for 20 years and even testified for him in his 2005 trial, filed papers against various organisations connected to the pop legend, seeking multiple pay-outs for alleged childhood abuse.

The choreographer claims he was sexually abused for seven years, from age seven to age 14. The news has rocked the Michael Jackson community. Those who loved him have sprung to his defence while those who built careers on attacking him had reacted with undisguised glee. Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe has labeled the financial demands 'opportunistic' and Jermaine Jackson has branded the choreographer 'full of shit'.

Civil rights lawyer Tom Mesereau, who defended Jackson in his 2005 trial, has suggested the claims are 'suspicious' as their public filing coincided so neatly with the AEG trial. Indeed, the allegations broke as make-up artist Karen Faye testified that she and others had raised repeated concerns about Jackson's health but had received callous responses from those in charge. Robson's televised interview days later ensured little media attention was paid to testimony from an AEG employee that financial papers proved Murray was the company's employee, not Michael Jackson's. Wade Robson has repeatedly worked for AEG and apparently already has future work lined up with the corporation, but his lawyer has denied any connection between the court cases.

In light of Robson's sudden change of tune, I have dusted off my complete trial transcripts from the 2005 government prosecution of Michael Jackson. While many news reports have mentioned that Robson testified for Jackson in the case, few have made any particular effort to underscore the gravity of his testimony.

Wade Robson was such a compelling and assured witness that Michael Jackson chose him to open his defence case at trial. Under sustained and sometimes aggressive questioning by government prosecutor Ron Zonen, Robson not only denied any impropriety on Jackson's part, but did so repeatedly, vigorously and convincingly - even mocking prosecutors and describing the mere suggestion of sexual abuse at Jackson's hands as 'ridiculous'.

As a side-note, the idea that in a trial about alleged child sex abuse, a genuine abuser would choose somebody they had molested for seven years as their first witness to undergo unrelenting government cross-examination may seem somewhat far-fetched to the casual onlooker.

When viewed alongside some of the comments he made on the Today Show this week, Robson's testimony is likely to cast more than a reasonable doubt over his new claims. He answered clearly and competently to detailed questions about various examples of alleged misconduct. The testimony is so immensely damaging to his new legal demands for money that he and his lawyer have already floated two potential, but arguably equally unconvincing, explanations for the bizarre u-turn.

When the story about his demands for money went live last week, Robson's lawyer was quoted as saying the choreographer had recovered 'repressed memories', a story many suggested could have been designed to explain away Robson's strenuous denials in the 2005 trial without admitting to perjury. However, Robson's claim was met with such incredulity - many eminent psychologists do not even believe in repressed memories and even those who do took rather a dim view of Robson's somewhat extreme story - that he has since changed tact.

Robson claimed in his TV interview this week that the real reason he told jurors he was not molested was that he had not realised that what Jackson allegedly did to him was abusive - another claim guaranteed to raise many an eyebrow. He was a successful, professional 22-year-old man at the time of his testimony.

Under oath in 2005, Robson was asked repeatedly about particular acts and whether he knew Michael Jackson to have performed them upon any child. He responded vehemently that not only had he never witnessed any such behaviour, but he was steadfast in his opinion that Michael Jackson would never have engaged in it.

Looking back over the 2005 court documents, the latest explanation for his testimony simply does not stand up to scrutiny. For instance, he was asked specifically whether Jackson had touched his body. Regardless of whether he believed Jackson's conduct to constitute sexual abuse, if Jackson had indeed touched his body, the clear answer would have been 'yes'. But it wasn't 'yes'. It was 'no'. Over, and over, and over again.

He even testified that after what he now claims were several years of sexual abuse at Jackson's hands, he returned to the scene of the alleged crimes more than 20 times in later life, with friends and relatives in tow, for relaxing getaways. He also testified to remaining in touch with Jackson and still considering him a close friend. Indeed, several years after the trial, Robson continued to socialise with Jackson.

Shortly after Jackson's death was announced in 2009, Robson wrote that Jackson was 'one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of humankind'. According to Jackson's brother Jermaine, Robson and his mother helped him pen portions of his autobiography about the media's unfair portrayal of his brother as a child molester. Indeed, since Jackson's death Robson has paid public tribute to the star repeatedly, as recently as 2012. He even applied last year for a job choreographing a tribute show to his alleged molester, but did not get the gig.

Wade Robson has filed a creditor's claim against Jackson's Estate, seeking a cash pay-out for alleged childhood abuse. He has also filed a civil lawsuit against various Jackson-affiliated companies, seeking further financial compensation for his alleged abuse.

He insisted this week that his new claims were 'not about money'
. lol

The full transcript of Robson's testimony on May 5, 2005, totals almost 14,000 words and runs across 60 pages of A4. It includes lots of repetition and discussion about where he lived, when his parents separated and various other tangential asides. Below, I have extracted what I believe to be the key testimony. It is difficult to see how, given the existence of this sworn testimony, Robson could ever convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Jackson had ever acted inappropriately in his presence.

A cynical person might therefore interpret Robson's high profile TV interview this week as an attempt to avoid ever getting into a courtroom and having a jury test his new claims. How many more high profile public attacks can Jackson's Estate suffer before it is forced to begin considering a settlement? At this stage, the ability to damage the Estate's earning potential is about all Robson has got on his side - because the evidence is firmly on Michael Jackson's.

The wilful blindness of MJ fans on this matter is truly sinister. They think they are decent; in reality they are the opposite. Anyone who dares to speak the truth about MJ is automatically subjected to vicious attacks and character assassinations from MJ fans who have no interest in reality.

It's normal for victims to take years (usually decades) to come to terms with what happened and speak about it so I knew it was only a matter of time till we heard from Robson. I'm glad for him that he's now thawing out and can start to heal. The MJ fans who are attacking him are manifesting evil though they don't know it.

This is now the fifth one of Michael's young pretty-boys to accuse him of abuse and, contrary to the claims of blaqueknight, not a single one of them has recanted. The signs of MJ's nature were all over the place if you were willing to look. No-one should be surprised at all that's emerged since his death. It was eminently predictable.

It's just BS tho, there's no victim in the world that would allow their sexual abuser to eat dinner with his children if he had actually gotten molested. Wade and his kids met and had dinner with MJ and his kids back in 08...

'Michael Jackson definitely abused Wade': Maid who claims she saw King of Pop shower with Wade Robson when he was EIGHT 'agrees to testify at new lawsuit'

By MATT BLAKE and HELEN POW

Michael Jackson's former housekeeper has agreed to back in court a choreographer's claim that the pop superstar molested him in the shower when he was a boy, it has been claimed.

Blanca Francia, 57, says she walked in on The King of Pop showering with Australian Wade Robson, then eight, and has at last summoned up the courage to describe what she saw to a judge.

Robson, 30, claims he was abused by Jackson for seven years who told him he'd go to jail for the rest of his life if he told anyone about it.

The choreographer approached Ms Francia to testify at his abuse civil lawsuit last week, according to reports, but only now has she agreed to do so, claiming Jackson also abused her son, Jason.

She told the Daily Mirror: 'Michael Jackson abused Wade. My opinion has never wavered. We have been through a lot since then.

'They [Wade’s lawyers] would have to subpoena me to appear in the court case, but I would tell the same story. I will talk to them. I am still in shock that this has all happened.'

Lawsuit: Wade Robson, pictured yesterday with his family, has launched a civil lawsuit against Jackson's estate

Lawsuit: Wade Robson, pictured yesterday with his family, has launched a civil lawsuit against Jackson's estate claiming he was abused and staff from the pop singer's company should have protected him

Support? Robson's lawyers are approaching Jackson's former maid Blanca Francia, left, to back him, according to reports

It is understood two other members of Jackson's staff have also emerged from the woodwork with claims the 'Smooth Criminal' singer behaved inappropriately when child visitors came to the house.

Personal maid Adrian McManus revealed staff talked openly about Jackson’s bedtime antics with children while former ranch manager Mark Quindoy alleged he kissed a boy during a car trip in the early 1990s.

Robson's lawsuit is a change of tune for Robson who took to the stand as the first defense witness at a trial in 2005, where Jackson was accused of molesting 13-year-old cancer survivor Gavin Arvizo.

It was the same court case where Francia spoke out about seeing a young Robson in the shower with the singer.

'I walked in and they were in the shower,' Ms Francia told the court, according to a report from the time.

'When I saw it I saw clothes on the floor by the shower...underwear,' she said, adding that she recognized Jackson's and Robson's underclothes.

According to TMZ in the maid's full written testimony she said she couldn't see what was happening in the shower but could hear Jackson laughing.

Ms Francia's own son spoke at the court case in which Jackson was cleared of all 14 counts.

Robson is planning to argue that Michael Jackson's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him.

However, his claims have been ridiculed by those close to the now deceased pop star.

Debbie Rowe, 54, the ex-wife and mother of two of Jackson's children, criticized Robson on Thursday.

Robson

Seven years of alleged abuse: Robson, pictured right with Jackson as a kid, said from the age of seven to around 14 Jackson 'performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him'

She called the choreographer 'opportunistic' and said he was seeking publicity.

She told TMZ on Thursday: 'It will be quickly forgotten, and will do nothing, nothing to tarnish Michael's extraordinary legacy.'

Jackson's estate has called the claims 'outrageous and pathetic' while Jermaine Jackson has said that Robson is 'full of s***'.

But Robson has been making his case too.

He appeared on the Today program this week for a lengthy interview on why he is coming forward now and to outline his claims.

He says from the age of seven to around 14, Jackson 'performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him'.

Robson told Today Jackson convinced him that 'both of us would go to jail for the rest of our lives' if he told anyone about what they had done together.

During the Arvizo case he adamantly denied that he had ever been molested or inappropriately touched by the singer.

Breaking his silence: Robson, right, told Matt Lauer, left, that he decided to break his silence about the alleged molestation after having his own son two years ago

Robson, now a top music choreographer who has worked with Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, said he hadn't yet come to terms with what had happened to him.

'I said what I understood and I said what I was able to say,' he explained. 'From seven years old, from day one of the abuse, Michael told me that we loved each other and this was love, this was an expression of our love. And then he would follow it up with 'but if you ever tell anyone what we are doing both of our lives and careers would be over'.'

'This is not a case of repressed memory. I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse.'

He said having his own child two years ago made him face up to the truth, as he said he couldn't help thinking about how he'd feel if a stranger molested his little boy.

'I'm a father and I became a father two and a half years ago to this beautiful baby boy and during the first 18 months of his life I collapsed into two nervous breakdowns, terrifying nervous breakdowns,' he said.

Evidence: Jackson's case was backed by Robson at the star's 2005 trial, pictured, over molestation claims
Idol: Robson, pictured as a young boy, first met Jackson when he won a local Michael Jackson competition in 1987

'At that point, I had no idea what was going on. And for the first time in my life, I began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings about what Michael did to me might be a problem and maybe I need to speak to somebody about it.'

He has asked a probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against Jackson's estate, even though the deadline has passed for creditors to file such claims.

The estate's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, has dismissed Robson's claims.

In a statement Weitzman said: 'This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him.

'Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less-than-credible claim has been made.'.

Robson said the ordeal of launching such a public case was too great for it to be about money.

'The idea that I would make all of this up and put myself, my wife, my son, my entire family through this extremely stressful and painful experience all for money is incomprehensible,' he said.

'I've lived in silence and denial for 22 years and I can't spend another moment in that... I'm never going to go away with this for the sake of money. I'm never going to be silenced for money. That's not going to happen.'

Robson's lawsuit comes as the high profile trial of Michael Jackson's tour promoter, AEG, continues.

The trial is brought by the singer's mother and children who claim AEG shares blame in his death for neglecting to vet and supervise Jackson's doctor, Dr Conrad Murray.

The maids are the same people that testified against MJ in 2005, their testimoney was discredited, but what makes it worse Wade himself at the time dismissed the testimoney under oath.

What Wade needs to win this case is a couple of kids that have never spoken out before as well as a new set of witnesses altogether, not witnesses that have been discredited. Infact Wade new claims are probably based around the ex-employees words.

Oh yes, you mean Blanca Francia, the former maid, who wrestled out a million dollar settlement out of Jackson, and had to admit to selling her stories to tabloids instead of going to thepolice and is looked at as being a fraud. Or Adrian Macmanus, who supposedly saw something happen, but instead of going to the police, also sold her stories to tabloid and is also looked at as a fraud?? Wade Robson making up his lies is vindication for them. Let alone another possibility to make quick buck.

Why is it so hard to believe that action A, sets action B and C in motion? Most likely the media did approach these people, after Robson made up his BS.

I agree with you. I see lot of blaming the victim here, and a lot of denial and wishful thinking.

This is an interesting piece linked below. The reality is that sexual abuse is a very complicated issue, as anybody who has experienced it will know. I think of the Jerry Sandusky case at Penn State. Imagine being in the shoes of one of these kids, or one of the kids MJ abused. It's beyond daunting to think about.

If this fool truly was abused as he claims then he can go to jail for perjury, because he LIED on the stand back in 2005. That's a serious offense.

Though, this is just a ruse so his broke ass can get some money. He's full of shit and I hope he loses his lawsuit.

He's already changed his position on that one as it didn't sell well enough.

He's now saying he wasn't old enough to realise that it was abuse. I find that equally incredible.

If, as he claims, the abuse lasted from the age of 7 to 14 and he didn't realise what was going on he must be the dumbest MF on earth.

I agree with you. I see lot of blaming the victim here, and a lot of denial and wishful thinking.

The irony of these two statements is too much for me to handle.

Also, I just want to express how much this angers me. This asshole is making a mockery of REAL sexually abused victims. He is taking advantage of them and all the laws that have been put in place for them in order to further his own gains. To think, there are REAL victims out there who will never have their molesters punished and this asshole comes up there and spews out utter bullshit for the sole fact that he needs to line he empty pockets. This is fucking gross and sickening. He is also taking advantage of all the feelings of people out there including REAL victims!

I can't even with this lying sack of shit.

^^^Aah, midnightmover creeps out of his hole and rears his ugly head again. And of course, he's jumping on the "MJ is a child molester" bandwagon and condemns all people who don't believe the bs. The only character that is being assassinated is the one of MJ, by a parade of lying, scheming, shady lowlifes. None of these stories they are using to profit off make any sense, are plausible or even at the slightest believable. Show me one case, where a supposed victim, stayed friends with the abuser for 20 years, invited him to his wedding, defended him in court, defended him in the press after death, participated or wanted to participate in tribute shows and then claimed that the same person molested him.

And on Michael's part, had he truly molested him, to put Wade on the stand of a court trial regarding child abuse would be like beating someone to a pulp and then handing him a loaded gun before proceeding to finish him off. That would be total madness.

The short version of this is: midnightmover talks shit. lol

I agree.Wade is making a mockery of the REAL victims who are sexually abused...sincere,innocent people who aren't seeking money and attention.Wade obviously heard about Katherine's $40 billion lawsuit against against AEG and thought "Damn, how can I get a piece of that money?!".We now know what his real motivations are.

And keep in mind that his breakdown was said to have happened in March 2011. It's then discovered that Robson was still praising MJ last year.

Suddenly the date of his breakdown was changed to 2012.

It's beyond daunting to think about.

http://shine.yahoo.com/au...00823.html

Exactly. Their entire lives are usually wrecked. The trauma is so great that they lock it away in a dark corner of their mind, but of course it never goes away. Even when they do understand what's happened they are reluctant to talk because they fear they'll be seen as the villains rather than the victims. Imagine how much worse it must be if your abuser is the most popular entertainer in the world.

Just look at the hatred, spleen and vitriol being aimed at Wade on this thread alone. Magnify that about a million times and that's what all of MJ's victims have to deal with. But it never occurs to the MJ fans that they are supporting an evil-doer. Even when he pays hush-money. Even when the recipients of that hush-money (who have nothing more to gain) come back years later - as adults - to testify against him in court. Even when we find out he had special alarms fitted in the hall leading up to his bedroom (where he was alone with those young pretty-boys). Even when we find out that bedroom was loaded with porn and alcohol. Even when close friends of his like Arnold Klein come out and say that he was gay and had a boyfriend. Even when the boyfriend comes out a month later and confirms it.

They don't even seem to have noticed the clues which he laced throughout his work (have they ever actually listened to "In The Closet" for instance?). These wackos are deluded beyond all hope. Wade is gonna need every bit of strength he can muster. The jackals are after him.

I agree so much. One thing this Robson story taught me though is that people who automatically believe this guy without a single doubt or questioning his motives at all, are usually, not very educated and/or already biased middle aged people (look at Mayte who's both) who grew up reading tabloids and opinion based Media stories for too long not to be heavily one-sided and for nearly 2 decades have already labeled Michael Jackson as a pedophile in their mind. For these people, it doesn't matter if it's Wade Robson, or if it was someone who just took a picture with Michael once long time ago, or even if it was someone who had never even met Michael Jackson in real life claiming now all of a sudden Michael molested him as a kid, they would automatically believe them, because like I said in their mind Michael Jackson had already been a criminal for too long and they don't care to do any research or analyze where these lowlives are coming from at all.

And let's just take a moment to realize how silly it sounds when someone says "Robson's telling the truth. Because abused victims could take decades to come forward." I mean seriously. Their claim here is 'Robson's being truthful' and their reasoning is 'because in general victims take long time to speak about it'. Do they realize their "reasoning" cannot support their claim because for it to make any sense the claim has to be true first, iow, it has to be proven Robson was truly abused before anything for their argument to be anywhere near logical?

There were many people that already decided MJ was a pedophile even before the trial started back in 2003. Just because there was that odd documentary, just because he likes to spend time with children a lot, just because he had settled the civil suit in the 90's, just because he has a theme park in his front yard and then add all the irrelevant eccentricities of Michael's such as high pitched voice & plastic surgeries and that was enough for these people to call Jackson a criminal even before he got his chance to rightfully defend himself. The same is happening now. These people are no better if not worse than so-called "blind worshippers" of Michael who argue he was the most sacred angelic thing in the world who never made any bad judgements. Unfortunately they don't realize it and they actually seem to take comfort in believing that they're at least better than the fans where in reality... well, you see these people in this thread calling anyone who dares to question Robson's motive, which includes people like Matt Lauer, Barbara Walters, Whoopie Goldberg "insane Wacko fanatics who deny reality". It's unfortunate they don't realize how simpleminded, immature, ironic and downright sad they sound.

Too bad Sneddon retired but I absolutely agree with you, Robson can't have it both ways. He can't all of a sudden claim to be a "victim" and not face the consequences of the disgusting lies he told on the stand in 2005 as a twenty two year old adult, which according to his theory, caused a "criminal" walk free and other "victim" to fail to seek justice and be humiliated internationally.

During the cross examination he specifically denied he was ever inappropriately touched, periodically kissed or on his lips. But now he said himself he never forgot for one moment what Michael Jackson did to him, so that sounds like he deliberately lied under oath. This lowlife belongs behind bars.
