I have to post pictures? Why don't you just take a look at your own copy? Anyway, here are pictures:
And to believe that they doctored this pic in the mid 80s or earlier, almost 10 years before Michael finally would acknowledge that he had vitiligo is ridiculous. Like this whole discussion. The Autopsie report stated he had vitiligo. End of it. You're just one of those backass people, who could never get over the fact that over the years he started to look less like you and started to look more like other people. Like if that shit matters... either you like someone or you don't. Appearance doesn't matter.
And again something that makes you look like a nut. What we saw the last 25 years was the real Michael Jackson. The real Michael Jackson as he evolved over the years. Like any person (hopefully) does.

The real issue is, that as a black person he feels slighted. He has a lot of anger, bitterness and resentment that his black icon, supposedly, was taken away from him and turned white by the white industry/establishment and made one of their own.
Unlike Scorp though, I consider that I might be wrong, but all his overlong diatribes tell me exactly that.

I would be with you if Lisa Marie would be the mother... but Debbie Rowe?? No, thanks.
But whatever it was... natural, in-natural, donors... I'm sure he had his reasons. Reasons that are only his business and his to know. I have no bone in this fight and could see it go either way. One way I can believe that they are his and the other way I don't. But really, at the end of the day I don't care, so I don't argue for or against it. I just hope the children know whats up/have the ability to find out what's up. [Edited 1/26/13 5:38am]

Free2BMe said:
After he revealed that he had vitiligo during the Oprah interview, it was revealed by several doctors on TV that there were two choices for Michael: de-pigmentation or a "tanning of the skin. They had several patients who show the results of each process. The man who decided to "re-tan" his skin, looked as if his skin had turned to leather and that he had been burned. The doctors said that this was the more dangerous or risky of the two procedures. The lady who decided on the de-pigmentation process looked "white". She said that she got a LOT of flak from her community because she turned "white". I think one of the doctors said that Michael used make-up for as long as he could and then when the vitiligo became extentive, he probably decided that the de-pigmentaion would be the best alternative. It is completely left up to the individual. I wonder what people would have said if Michael had done what the guy did and re-tanned himself with the leather-like skin. Would that have made people feel better? The important thing was would it have made Michael feel better? The answer is that Michael did what he thought would make him be able to proceed with his life and career. I would have done the SAME thing, if given the alternative and it has shit to do with wanting to be "white" or wanting to look white. [Edited 1/26/13 1:40am] But to outsiders it did look like that and it is understandable. People like scorp do not believe that mj did not have vitiligo because they do not know what vitiligo is, most people know someone with vitiligo, it is not that uncommon. The bone of contention was how the changes came about and how the public perceived the changes and why they perceived them that way. Mj lighten skin coincided with the change in features, by the time the BAD album came out everyone who had remembered MJ from his earlier days were shocked by his appearance and everyone was saying he was running away from his blackness, this included fans and non-fans. People didn't react like that because they wanted to ridicule him or because they were haters, it was just that he looked so completely different in every way. to how people once remember. I mean he looked completely diffeent from OTW era and at the time he was still in his 20s, people do not change that drastically in less than 10 years. Now, Michael could of redress why his complexion looked so much lighter in his biography, Moonwalk, he choose to say the lightness of his skin was to do with better lightening in studios and makeup. He never once mention vitiligo in that book. He continued to get lighter still until he became completely white looking and it was only in 1993, 6 years after he published moonwalk, that he decided to disclosed to Oprah he had vitiligo. By that time most people had come to the conclusion he had an issus with his blackness . . He was a public figure who had been around since he was a child, so hewas going to be scruntinized, whether he liked it or not. no, you got it wrong....the problem is as of 2013, the majority of today's public DON'T know who his original fanbase was, because the people who are called on to talk about the experience are any and everyone who was not associated w/the original fan support, that body of people were pushed out of the equation beginning in 1987
where at one time, the majority of his fan support during his live concerts from the 70s up until the Triumph Tour of 1981 were primarily black, and no sooner than he released the BAD album, that reality changed overnight, no sooner than when the sun comes up
because the greatest illusion in the music industry, aka the POP ASCENSION movement the recording industry introduced to its functionality during the late 80s DID NOT PROMOTE BALANCE, it created extremes and it happened fast
for if things were conducted in balance where Michael Jackson and other premier black talents of that age were able to sustain their original support while being introduced to a new generation of music fans......but that's not how the movement or the intention was designed
for the way it was constructed was the need for black artists to develop authenticity to shape their talent (thru dance and song shaped by the constant nurturing support of culture) and as soon as they reach their apex, as soon as their talent reaches fulfillment, that's when the establishment comes in an hijacks that individual and tells the community, your contribution is no longer needed.......conquerors and vultures
and if things were done in balance, there wouldn't be a need to bring up the role black americans contributed in setting the foundation for this guy to receive the global embrace with THRILLER...the global embrace was beautiful..it would have played out in the manner that would have been beneficial for everyone involved....the story would have spoken for itself w/out need for interpretation
but the day that BAD video premiered in August of 1987, when the nation was shocked at his changing appearance, not just black people but everyone else w/a heart
don't feed me your squibble when w/in days after that video premiered, I heard on radio black people calling in crying, pain staking cry, real crying, discontment, anger, confusion, disillusionment as to what the hell that man had done to himself....
but you see, our lament was never acknowledged for the establishment couldn't give a fish fry f**k about it....but you fast forward some 22 years later and current MJ FANS were shocked to see how black america STILL celebrated Michael Jackson, but not the Michael that existed from 1987 to 2009, but the man the community grew up with from 1969-1984....for you see, we may have stopped buying his records like we once did, but we still showed unconditional love by celebrating his talent and the joy he did bring those 15 years
and before you twist those words, myself personally, I bought all of his solo albums because I loved the musical message, even thought the manner of presentation had changed
see, don't sit around and play games, because I've witnessed every twist and turn and topsy turvy
oh, and I'm sooo glad you brought up the OPRAH interview of 1993....
do you know the REAL REASON why he chose to do that interview
before I answer that.....legend has it that OPRAH sought out the interview while in fact it was MICHAEL who pursued the interview with OPRAH...not because she was black, but because she was the most successful talk shot host on TV....if SALLY JESSE RAPHAEL or DONAHUE or GERALDO were viewed as the top host, then MICHAEL would have contacted them for the interview
but let me get back to the reason why......
the real reason is what he was witnessing in 1992 after the DANGEROUS album was released in late 1991, withing 3-4 months, Michael would begin to witness a similar pattern developing regarding the chart prowess of his album sales and airplay here in the United States....you had major anticipation in the beginning, the album reached #1 within weeks or even debuted as such, but within weeks, the chart position would begin to decline precipitously because he all but lost his original fan support by then
see, you can't do anything w/out your foundation, no matter who you are...that always have to be intact
by the spring of 1992, right after he released his 4th single JAM along with the video
do you know where the DANGEROUS album was charting on the american charts, particularly BILLBOARD.....the world's most reknowned entertainer and recording artist found that his latest album to date was charting as low as 126th on the Billboard charts
that is absolutely mindblowing.....staggering
for all practical purposes, that album didn't exist here in america
his album was not selling in america at all, and his songs were not receiving airplay like it once was and that was BEFORE the 1993 allegations, so we can't use that as an excuse
for you see, when BAD didn't outsell THRILLER like he anticipated as he was looking to sell 100 million records, he fired his manager and 3 time producer and focused on becoming an international artist exclusively, for he never performed in the united states mainland ever again (and can't use his performance of the History Tour in Hawaii in 1997 because that state is not part of the mainland, as it started out as a commonwealth before joining the union
he knew his career was declining and THIS is when he would begin to take steps in "repairing/restoring" his public image
so we did we see towards the end of 1992, THE JACKSONS AMERICAN DREAM tv movie.....the two part movie that aired on ABC.....
and during that week, as the country enjoyed it, black america flocked home to watch it, it was so enjoyable to see Michael being portrayed in that vein, you couldn't find a car driving on the streets those two days, you couldn't get nobody on the phone because we were tuning in
then the next step was to make a series of public appearances in consecutive fashion
a.) superbowl performance
b.) appearing at the 1993 NAACP image awards where he received entertainer of the year award.........oh yes, let me not forget as I remember......as Michael would receive another award that evening....no other than Denzel Washington, yes Denzel himself said these exacts words to Michael as Michael approached him "WELCOME BACK HOME BROTHER".....oh yes, you aint talking to somebody who don't know.....and as Michael sang WILL YOU BE THERE (my favorite Michael song since the 1990s), every black person in that audience felt a level of joy that was unbridled as Michael hadn't performed in front of or for black people in 7 years...and this is why WESLEY SNIPES said
"we recognize that Michael is an international star without peers, and I don't mean to take anything away from his beautiful fans around the world because they are beautiful red, yellow, and white, BUT if your'e black you know what planet Michael is from".....
and do you know why he said that?...because his black audience was shunned from teh equation no sooner than that BAD tour started.....NO BALANCE...and if WESLEY said that, THAT means the majority of black americans and black people around the globe felt the same way...those who are conscious that is...
3.) attending the Grammy Awards that February to receive his legends award
4.) but the most anticipated even was that OPRAH INTERVIEW, he did the interview to BOOST RECORD SALES of his album Dangerous period..nothing more, nothing less, and for the immediate result...what I'm saying is...he would have never explained the nature of his transformation and drastically altered skin complexion if he didn't feel forced to......and as soon as Oprah did ask him about the nature of his changing complexion....and God is my witness, I turned around looked at my family and said he's going to say he has a skin disorder for there was no other explanation to give 15 seconds before he said it, and by golly, that's exactly what he said, THEN said it was on his father side, but the very next morning, each of his 3 sisters, REBBIE, LATOYA, AND JANET conducted a live call in radio interview and said nobody on either side of their family had that disorder......but I forget, they are bitches and whores and sluts as many of his current fanbase likes to claim........
I know I didn't say it or suggest it because I wasn't born in 1969, when this thing began, I was a kid born in the early 70s when Jacksonmania was already in full effect...the problem is commercial media has never acknowledge those who supported this guy and the musical act from the beginning....they never do it and have no intentions of doing so because the establishment (aka the estate) owns it all now, they don't HAVE TO....the original support are now officially known as the voice of the voiceless...they haven't been part of the equation since the Victory Tour ended and the transition was beginning to take place even during that period
and your squibble conveniently fails to consider one simple fact.......
I NEVER relied on tabloids to shape thought, conjecture, or insight about this situation....commercial media didn't latch onto Michael unto THRILLER, and that was well into THRILLER'S run, heck, to this day, commercial media and may of his current fans believe he started wearing the glove when he performed Billie Jean at Motown 25 when he was sporting the glove 4 years prior
because tabloids function withing the realm of the establishment...oh, yeah, the establishment turns against itself when THE REAL AGENDA begins to suffocate under its own weight, where everyone complicity looks to wipe their hands clean of the role they played in this man's destruction....one tabloid source passing the hot potato to the next, throwing each other under the bus, imploding in the process
as far as radio, real radio is finished too, because they have been bought up and controlled by corporate conglomerates...black radio is done, it aint even close to the way it once was....I just listen to talk radio these days.....
I brought up the radio only because you brought up the notion of a debate......
I'm glad you brought this up too......
that LIFE OF AN ICON......it depends on what you're looking for.....the world has heard the stuff about the allegations ad nauseum.....so I wasn't trippin on that..and for the record, before you take that and run with it and twist words....I never believed for one second that the man committed the act of molesting children....I never ever believe that.....because as early as 1989, when his image became more and more strained, you could tell that eventually, someone would eventually try to accuse him of doing so.....so the allegations were a byproduct of the false image he had projected to the public after reaching the pinnacle......
as far as that black musician, he was telling the stone cold truth considering how everything has played out, but the problem is nobody wants to acknowledge it because it hits too close to hom home...those who choose to uphold the lies want to wash away the truth and project themes of body dysmorphic disorder or being teased as a child....but you see, Michael Jackson literrally shuts down those assertions with his own words as he said during that OPRAH interview regarding his stance on plastic surgery as he would say
"WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT, THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT TO ME, I'M A GREAT FAN OF ART, I LOVE MICHELANGELO, IF I HAD A CHANCE TO TALK WITH HIM OR READY ABOUT HIM, I WOULD WANT TO KNOW WHAT INSPIRED HIM TO BECOME WHO HE IS, THE ANATOMY OF HIS CRAFTSMANSHIP, NOT ABOUT WHO HE WENT OUT WENT, OR WHY DID HE DECIDE TO SIT OUT IN THE SUN SO LONG, THAT'S WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO ME"
with those words, he ackowledged that he had come to champion the theme of racial indifference
oh yessssssss, i'm going to enjoy this one...Im going to really enjoy this one
see, you just been set up and don't even realize it.....those words I underlined, I'm going to use it against your own argument and show you how Michael evolevd into become the greatest media manipulator of all time...on this rare occasstion, the context of the lies actually reveal the truth
okay, here it is.....get your popcorn ready
what was the very first principle of recording success that Michael Jackson and to a lesser degree his family was taught, the moment they signed with MOTOWN.......do you remember....dah?......do you remember? dah.....
BERRY GORDY taught Michael Jackson how to LIE in order to "enhance" his public image and to conceal the motivations behind his career ambitions........so therefore, lying was viewed as rationalizing a process, a method of reasoning which would eventually lead Michael to "dawn the mask" for the greater part of his adult life
you ready.....here it is.....
we all have heard the story about Michael Jackson breaking his nose while rehearsing for the WIZ back in 1977-78
his famed biographer J. Randy Taraborelli said Michael told him the broke his nose while rehearsing...
that story is as legendary as the glove, the fedora, and the loafers all wrapped into one...
that story has been apart of americana for over 35 years and the greater public, his current fans, and even his original fanbase have or had come to take it as truth.....
I would hear that story all the time, but it never really stuck....
then back in 2010, just chilling out one day......a thought entered my mind out of the blue
Michael Jackson never said publically that he broke his nose on stage, not only that, but an interview he conducted during the early part of the past decade, a year after releasing INVINCIBLE, he said he never missed a dance step, a twist or turn, or spin during his career, particulary when he was younger......
then I started thinking....HAVE WE EVER SEEN FOOTAGE of the supposed incident, a picture of it, or even heard anyone who had reported on the incident who reflected on it over the years......
we've never seen it.....and you wanna know why?
it hit me like a bolt of lightening that day..........BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED.....
Michael Jackson never broke his nose on stage.....for, and I'm using your own words...
HE HAD HIS FIRST NOSE JOB SIMPLY BY CHOICE........
you just been hit with MEDIA MANIPULATION 101....
he concealed the real motivation by embellishing to enhance his public image among those he was seeking to impress, that has was geered to seek validation from.......and he concealed the ambition because he knew he needed the support of the original support to reach the top
and that truth was substantiated later that year as his mother Katherine did her own interview with Oprah and said that he essentially got up one day and ran off and had his first nose job......she never mentioned anything about him breaking his nose on stage.......
you been hit by, u been struck by............a smooooth criminal......daaaaaaawwww
wooooohhhh, wooooooohhhhh......wait a minute, hold on, hold on and hold on....
stop right there.....
we're going to get this straight......I have NEVER, EVER diminished what this man's accomplished.....never.....I was a kid who grew up on Michael's music from the time I could talk upon until the present day.....
I've ALWAYS mentioned the blood sweat and tear he gave to master his craft, and always mentioned that he reached his potential as an artist.....I always give credit when credit is due for him, or any other artist who's ever came down the pike, as well as those who do great things in other areas of contribution.......check yourself
ask someone of these people who used to participate on the King of Pop Discussion forum, and they can pull up the evidence....
I always mentioned how I gravitated to the musical message, and still do to this present day...I don't just listen to OFF THE WALL...matter of fact, when Dangerous was released, I listened to it every single day and didn't listent OTW at all during that period....I have all his solo albums and have made mentioned that I believe BREAK OF DAWN is arguably one of the 5 best recordings he ever performed in his lifetime as a solo artist....it's definitely top 10
I always said everything he earned was earned thru hard work and diligence, and that no measure of his success was a byproduct of hype or luck of the draw....I've always said that....so you can shove that one down the tincan
that's what makes this tale even more tragic is how it all ended up and dried up so fast because he was never allowed to reach his promise as he was encouraged to become a racial neutralizing presence which led to deterioration in every aspect, for if he didn't feel the need to shed his real being and obliterate his appearance and send his body thru a rage of internal strife, he would still be performing to this very day, and Dr. Murray wouldn't represent the ultimate scapegoat because Michael had been taken propofol and demorol for over 15 years to deal w/all of the damaging plastic surgery and cosmetic alterations he inflicted on himself that caved in all at once....all in the attempt to meet the expectation of carrying out full scale pop concept personification.....
the ultimate insult is to think otherwise and continue to uphold the lies that obliterated this guy over the course of the past 25 years.....nothing good came out of this path.....nothing.....
I suggest you check your jip sheet........and this is what it all comes down to..the final curtain
only because u brought up this matter
that SONY/ATV ......and this is how I know I'm dealing with squibble
go ahead and presume he owned 50% share of that Beatles catalog which he purchased in the mid 1980’s, he already sold 50% share of the catalog to Sony by 1995 for $90 million dollars. From that point on he borrowed over $300 million dollars against the 50% of the Beatles Catalog he did own during the early part of the past decade, causing his share of the catalog to lose value as he continued to borrow against it. He sold an additional 25% of the catalog to Sony in 2006 to restructure existing debt. the catalog was no longer generating any supposed revenue, he was using it as collatarel to continue maintaining his opulant lifestyle
So that leaves Michael with a 25% stake in that prized asset. From the money he gained by selling that additional stake, he owed over $250 million to Sony for previous financial backing the label provided him with plus another $320 million dollars another financier who purchased the debt from another lender Michael owed money to. What we have is a situation where the 25% stake in the Beatles catalog Michael owned by 2008 was probably worth approximately $600 million but because of the $570 million dollars he owed against it, his share of the catalog carried a NET WORTH value of approximately $30 million dollars; a discrepancy leaving him more than over a half billion dollars in the hole.
and that was the reality of 40 years later as he entered negotiations with AEG about performing those 02 concerts....and when I warned MJ fans on that KOP forum that those concerts would never see the light of day, they told me to shut the f*** up...so I did and just sit back and watched the inevitable.........
oh let me not forget...it was JANET who came to save the day and shelled out the 3 million bucks needed for Michael's lawyers to post his bail in 2003....so much for all the talk she's living off of her brother's name........
and DO YOU KNOW who the contract was secured....not because of a lackluster physical (just by looking at a guy and saying he's good to go)....it was because MICHAEL JACKSON had to relinquish everything he owned to do so.....he had to relinquish his share of that catalog, his own music catalog thru MIJAC publishing...oh let me not forget, ....and those goes for the deed to that Encino Home, which is why his mother was kicked out and she had to find some other place to live....he had to fork over everything....he leveraged his own publishing company as collateral as well during the latter stage of his career after a storied career for the ages, one that stretched over 5 decades, he had nothing left.....
let me not forget, when he showed up to make that announcement that he was doing the shows, he was given a 12-15 million dollar advance for that alone, not to mention, AEG put him up in that house he was living in, full room and board.......at this point it was all or nothing
but fans overlook this simple fact, that tour was never going to kick off for Michael Jackson hadn't performed a concert tour in 12 years.....
the fact is SONY owns that Beatles catalog now and the songrights of other artists material he used to have control of and that estate runs everything else with Michael's name on it
this is why those 3 bodyguards Mike hired didn't get paid at all....because he had no money to give them......
Sony just sat their waiting for the inevitable
"yall keep changing the rules, I keep playin the game, I can't take it much longer, I think I may go insane".....
"KGB be stalking me, just take my name and let me be".....
well, they have taken it, all of it..his name, memory, music, history...all of it is now fully owned and operated by the establishment.....

I also wondered when this nose breaking happened after taking it for what it is from an informative and trusted fansite in the 90's approved by mjj productions, but figured it was rehearsal. And guess what, Randy J. T did confirm that. If Katherine didn't say the nose thing to Oprah, it's could be cause of old age, or just less being more....or the fact mj didn't live at home at the time due to filming the Wiz and touring and it could have very well happened in that time frame, although it's known a lot of the family got nose jobs too.
The point is, I go by facts like a lot of fellow fans are pulling up from the trial (s) and we piece together puzzles, but so do you by taking what's out there. Your views are your interpretations just as our views are our interpretations, coming from what's out there and how are beliefs and environments shaped us. I no longer think this is about right or wrong. At the end of the day, we didn't live his life, we were not in his circle and I'm fucking over it all and just want to go back to the music, no longer support new releases cause of too much stress and controversy (are those his vocals or not? and all that crap) , and I refuse to put my energy into Conrad Murray or those other people who screwed him over. And yes, like you I was angry with him for a long time for allowing people to take advantage of him, but you need to ask yourself if however your life is going (I don't know about that, I'm just saying) is making you happy currently. I've stopped relying on mj for happiness and keeping things around to enable it cause I know it's not going to help me anymore. I am still a fan and will always love him and continue to play what I already own for as long as I live, but I am done being depressed over him and criticizing him when he didn't turn out to do what I wanted (be street smart, be aware of shady people, be strong and bounce back and tour so I could see him), it was all selfishness and I strongly believe if I don't let go of this part of it, he truly can't rest in peace, we're not allowing him too. All the bullshit, it's OVER! And maybe it's better that way now.

He's never been taken seriously because he's not consistent and he's not at all an equal opportunity criticizer. You think he would ever downplay Madonna's sales? Is he attacking all those 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's acts and artists who unlike MJ had the media on their side that couldn't come anywhere near the top 40 charts? Nope. Is he going after The Jacksons for only talking to tabloids and doing all these embarrassing projects with obvious vultures? Nope. BTW, how sad is it that it's white people that call them out on this and not these so called old school black fans. You always see people cracking jokes about the fact this black family doesn't go anywhere near Ebony Magazine and other black media, but they love talking to TMZ and other tabloids that hate them..LOL. But is Scorpio calling this out? Nope. So how the hell does he and these other "old school black fans" expect anyone to take their outspokenness towards MJ seriously? Like above he tries to go after fans for attacking Rebbie's husband. Not that it was right for some fans to do that, but why not speak up to Paris being attacked by family lovers and Janet fans? It's just obvious bias nonsense like the above examples that makes me dismiss posters like him.
And people wonder why MJ fans are so touchy? No shit we're touchy when you have to deal with alot of stupidity and fans with obvious issues and biases.

I think most people know whom his original fanbase were, but lets not get over ourselves. You do realize that the J5 were huge not only in black househoulds, because they travelled to many parts of the world as the Jackson 5 as well, meaning they had a large fanbase outside of the US. They toured in Latin America,Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe so they original fanbase was whoever bought the freaking albums to the J5. I know so many blacks and non-blacks who were fan of Michael Jackson before Off the wall and thriller and I dont think people forget who were the original fanbase, but there are fans who simply prefer MJ as a solo artist. Michael was BLACK ALL HIS DAMN life, it's like the interview he did in 1983 and on asked how he related to his blackness and how he felt about it, he said " The only thing I need to do is to look at myself in the mirror". When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace -Jimi Hendrix

you did it again......you misconstrued words......if you're going to take a quote, respond to it as its written rather than trying to distort it......you squibbled down once again...
I never said in the response you just quoted that those reflecting on Michael's life and career after 6/25/2009 were only black people......
I never said that the press should only speak to black fans......
there's nowhere in that quote that I said that........
what I SAID was (get the context right) the fact his black fanbase from 1969-1984(85 gotta include WE ARE THE WORLD) were totally phased out of the equation as if we never existed, it was crystal clear what the message was, and because of that, BAD sold 6-8 million copies during it's initial run here in america from 1987 to early 1989, compared to THRILLER that sold 25 million plus in the united states alone, a near 20 million decline in sales for the most anticipated follow up album in history......and the reason that discrepancy stood was because black people in mass were cool on the situation......
but commercial media has NEVER, EVER, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER mentioned that...the only person I've ever seen even touch the subject was Anthony Decurtis of Rolling Stone magazine and music critic and historian Nelson George.....THAT'S IT.......
and where did you get the idea that I suggested that he never received the global embrace.......i've a thousand times that he achieved the global embrace, where people from every color of the rainbow embraced that album....
so who are you trying to fool
what I SAID about the black fans celebrating Michael's name in 2009 was that so many people were shocked to see that, especially members of his current fanbase.......I saw fans specifically type words such as "where in the world did they come from".....
but see, we were always there in the background for over 20 years
and don't sit here and tell me that all of his current fans knew of his beginnings because I've seen countless fans on these forums, on youtube, there were tons of his european fans who didn't even know that he was once visibly black......they didn't even know who his family's faces was until that 2005 trial took place.......don't try and cut corners because it ain't working
if he didn't mentioned JACKIE, TITO, JACKIE, JERMAINE, AND RANDY while performing I'LL BE THERE during the HISTORY TOUR of 1997, those fans wouldn't have had a clue
because the manner in which he was promoted and marketed in Europe, including Russia was done in a way where his family wasn't mentioned AT ALL...
I've even seen comments where a great number of his european fans as well as in Australia say they thought that he was white....
how in the hell could I sit here and say he wasn't a global superstar or one who was supported by all cultures of people when during THE MAKING OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S THRILLER...remember that rehearsal segment when people were standing outside waiting for Michael to perform the next take.......you had black fans, white fans, latino fans, asian fans.......he already had the full gamut
remember the latino kid imitating Michael doing the moonwalk in circles.....so cut the crap because what you think I said I never said....
technically, MICHAEL JACKSON was already global even before he made THRILLER and even before making OFF THE WALL, he had already travelled the world performing at least 3 times before he went solo......
and everytime you twist my words, I'm going to call you out for it and correct you....
there's nothing anywhere in this thread where I suggested that Michael or anybody should only communicate or seek support from his or her own culture of people........
as a matter of fact, since you like to paint distortions.....
when CAN YOU FEEL IT premiered on CBS back in 1981.......you wanna know where I saw it the first time?......I was over my best friend's house that day, he was white...we were both in the 4th grade then....we would talk about the song and the video all the time in amazement and I went over his house all the time on the regular to play video games......remember ATARI 2600 video game system....remember space invaders, remember asteroids....his mother use to make treats all the time, same thing goes for whenever he came over my place.....
so you see, when you exhibit undeserved disdain, you set yourself up for the okie doke
I've lived in the city, the county, the country, the outskirts, have had black friends, white friends
that would be bogus to limit who a person should communicate with or befriend..so what u tried to shell out just take it and shove it by way of the squibble
that issue is not the root of this problem.....
but since you brought up PRINCE....PRINCE and a number of black artists was featured in an edition of EBONY magazine back in 1989, and the topic was how black artists were encouraged not to acknowledge their true cultural identity, or those who have already done it, this was during the time that the POP ASCENSION really began to heat up and cook the books.....
Prince said during that time, that was a year or so after releasing his LP LOVESEXY in 1988, he said that he WAS NOT BLACK, and that he was italian.....full fledged italian...oh yes, he said that....see, this was the direction the most fraudulent musical movement geared these artists to think.....but the fact is Prince's father is black, and his birth mother was black creole.....so how in the world does that equal italian.....so for that brief moment, I didn't buy his music either even though I love Prince and what he has brought to the table......
oh, outside of that EBONY fiasco.......don't even let me begin with WHITNEY HOUSTON and how america destroyed her too.....but when she died, everyone clamming up in tears ready to extend condolescenes....playing the role......
did you know after her amazing success w/her debut album, the greatest selling album by any debut artist, an album that reached close to 20 million in sales worldwide.....do you know the god awful advice she received......take a bite of these apples...she was told by record executives at Arista, the label she was assigned to TOLD HER to refrain from doing interviews with black radio and not only that, she was encouraged to modify her look too, so by the time she released her 2nd album WHITNEY, a wave of backlash began to brew and culminated during the 1989 Soul Train Music awards where she was booed on stage while receiving an award...she was booed by black people because the way the situation was presented was that she was trying to be something that she was not, a situation that wasn't even responsible for......she practically ran behind stage and cried her eyeballs out.......and when she grew weary of becoming AMERICA'S DARLING...she was shunned by white commercial media (not the legit sources) and chastised by black radio.....
so you see, this ain't just a white issue, it's a race issue when hostility comes into play regarding the pop ascension movement....that would go on to rip the fabric out of music that was cultivated by culture....
she caught hell from both sides, and then it even got uglier as rumors were casted discussing the nature of her sexual orientation.......oh yeah, as your boy said in TRAINING DAY..it gets deeper......
so she's caught in catch 22, and people wonder why she began to experiment with drug substance...this stuff ALWAYS has a root......and I don't wanna hear this stuff about WHITNEY being this person we didn't know about....America ripped her to shreds....THEN people started cracking jokes about her drug use over the years when there was absolutely nothing funny......so by 1991 as she tried to rebuild her career and balance out her image, she begans a relationship w/BOBBY BROWN, the #1 r&b artist on teh planet during the time, in an attempt to reingratiate herself, and eventually they got married....so really, the marriage was more arrangement than genuine circumstance, and deep down BOBBY knew this and that's a main reason their marriage always lived in chaos......
then by 2008, 2009 she gets ripped again while performing in Austrailia where the audience were almost on the verge of throwing tomatoes at her, when she really should have not been performing...but you see, this thing called the pop ascension will drain you dry and tap your soul on every conceivable level.......but the day she dies..OH I LOVE ME SOME WHITNEY..playing the role....
oh, and that PEACOCK SYMBOL....that symbol meant the world to me as a kid, but many of his current fans pissed down at his early work because that's when he was associated w/his brothers, whom they don't want to acknoweldge at all.....and then they stoop by saying they had no talent at all and rode his coattails, when that's a flat out lie too....not when J5 was the ultimate self contained unit, and the most influential musical act of the past 40 plus years....every significant recording group who features dancing during their performances have patterned themselves after J5 on some level....
not when RANDY helped MICHAEL developed rhythm arrangement for a number of songs on OFF THE WALL, the very album MICHAEL said was his favorite and best album he ever worked on......
not when JACKIE co-wrote the anthem...CAN YOU FEEL IT...
not when MARLON helped MICHAEL come up with the dance routines for the brothers TRIUMPH TOUR which is the best tour MICHAEL ever did in his life...
not when JERMAINE used to sing lead on a number of classic J5 songs..and now word has come out that it's possible JERMAINE introduce the idea that MICHAEL and QUINCY JONES work together, a collaboration that has proven to be the most prolific ever....no other collaboration comes close......
hell, the entire thing would have never broke bread if TITO didn't decide to play his father's guitar when he wasn't supposed to......
and for all these fans who dish out the lie about the brothers being lazy and moneygrabbers, they were all experiencing substantial success in their own right during the late 80s...
in 1987, MARLON earned the #1 r&b song in the country, supplanted MIKE'S single track BAD on the charts, same goes for the video...if you think I'm lying...just look up his interview with ARSENIO HALL on youtube...
in 1989, RANDY released his debut album w/his band the GYPSIES and earned the #1 requested song on r&b stations that summer.....
but what happened to these guys was the fact that ALL their careers were sabotaged by 1991, and tha'ts why they weren't heard from for the next 20 years.....I'll let you figure it out.....
REBBIE too.....
you aint gotta obliterate your being to GROW...if anything, his sound was viewed as more mature during the years of OFF THE WALL and THRILLER....THRILLER truth be told is an adult oriented album, that features adult themes, but the lyrical content was done so in a way that he appealed to people ages 8-80.....and that's a rare gift...that part I think is awesome.....
yeah, the brothers were stuck allright, because their musical careers were sabotaged, that's why it appears as if they were "leeching" off of their brother all these years because of the manner of which the situation was presented....
and before you take my words and try and do a actual twist and turn, I've always said that Michael created accomplished work after THRILLER......it would be unfair for anyone to think otherwise....
the reason why ABC offered that extended coverage was because of his stature, just as CBS aired his BAD video during prime time hours, just as FOX aired his black and white video during prime time hours....because of his stature which he earned over time...
it was MICHAEL who had his people contact OPRAH to do the interview.......he was on a full fledge PR campaign to rebuild his image here in America because he knew his career had declined drastically here.......
same thing w/the PRIME TIME INTERVIEW with DIANE SAWYER to promote the HISTORY album
but he didn't have to do that during the age of OFF THE WALL and THRILLER....he didn't have to boost sales because the sales were their own boost...
I ain't worried about the dense comment...dense is as dense does...like Forrest Gump said back in 94....
then MIKE took it another level higher 2 years later as he called on his own sister JANET to help him regain the audience he knew he had lost, as she sung on the song scream, even using her producers to record the track.......by 1995, JANET JACKSON had elevated her career to the point where her chart status here in the states were more consistent than MICHAEL...and he knew that, that's why he had her sing on that song......
then he would begin another trend during the DANGEROUS album...including big name stars in his videos in an attempt to regain that lost audience......IMAN, EDDIE MURPHY, MAGIC JOHNSON, MICHAEL JORDAN, CHRIS TUCKER, NAOMI CAMPBELL, then you had the singers and performers...HEAVY D, KRISS KROSS, then called on musicians such as SLASH to try and regain the rock crowd he garnered during the age of BEAT IT....
oh then performers such as BOYZ II MEN, RUN DMC, SHAQUILLE ONEAL, NOTORIOUS BIG, THE ANDRE CROUCH GOSPEL CHOIR....even called on R.KELLY to write for him....at that time, R.KELLY became the #1 r&b artist in the world, supplanting Bobby Brown....
oh yes, it was all calculated moves...
he pulled out all the stops to regain the foundation..but you see, it never worked, because it wasn't the message that was the problem..the message was off the charts, it was the manner in which the messenger attempt to project the message after reaching the pinnacle that was the problem.....
oh and let me not forget, as he started working on the HISTORY album, initially, it was supposed to have featured all new songs, but he scrapped that plan and then issued that double cd set where one cd featured all of his classic songs and the 2nd cd the new songs...notice that it was the first cd that featured the classic songs....
but see, back in teh day, he didn't need all those big name stars to support his videos.......when he was visibly black, all he needed was himself to sell those videos.....
yeah, this is bigger than the Oprah interview.....
you keep setting yourself up......the fact of the manner is, if MICHAEL JACKSON would have maintained balance, I'm not talking about trying to meet everyone's expectations are trying to be perfect, but in the sense of what truly made him great.....all of his albums after THRILLER would have sold more than what they did, BAD would have sold more than it did, same goes for DANGEROUS, HISTORY and INVINCIBLE.....SPECIFICALLY HERE IN AMERICA
I've never said he didn't achieve what he did because of someone else.....that's a stone cold lie right out the box......the reason I mention the black audience is because we were phased out in 1987...no balance existed...none...
and the reason I bring up the brothers is because many of his currents love to lie suggesting they had no talent and road coattails when IN FACT, they spent hours in the rehearsals learning the dance steps right along with MIKE, the fact they shed blood sweat and tear too.....and considering Jermaine and Tito were guitar players, it's amazing they were execute teh dance moves while playing the guitar at the same time......
they act like they just stood there like statues on stage and just played scooby doo every time
on the KING OF POP forum, the fans NEVER acknowledged MICHAEL'S work pre-BAD, they never did, especially when they got cocky after MICHAEL was acquitted in 2005 and thought he was going to pick up right where he left off and cut another album....but they forgot one simple fact, by that time, he was not associate w/any recording label to cut an album with....oh yes, they were cocky and arrogant and wanted him to reclaim his throne, not for his sake, but for their sake, to feed into their false sense of entitlement, so they could stick it too the media
only when they realized there was nothing else coming down the pike, that he well had run dry, did they decide to consider his earlier work...
they even pissed on one of the greatest record efforts he was ever involed in....yessssss I'm talking about WE ARE THE WORLD......so I think u need to reconsider who u think was shunning vs those who actually were
they really knew nothing was coming down the pike anymore when SONY released that fake posthumous album featuring the voice of anyone and everyone other than the man himself.....because he had stopped recording no sooner than INVINCIBLE ran its short lived course.....for you see, he had unofficially retired from recording w/out saying teh words, he was just playing the role from that point on...
remember in 2007 when word had it that he was about to drop a new album, and considering the year, I urged the fans that he was about to released the 25th anniversay edition of THRILLER, if you take 2007 and subtract 25 from that, you get 1982, when the album was originally released...fans told me to shut the f*** up as usaul....even when they were showing that superbowl commercial of Naomi Campbell dancing to Thriller in that pepsi commercial, it was so obvious what he was about to do....and when he did it, the fans had nothing to say.....that's when you knew wasn't nothing else coming down the pike...
that man grew weary of living the false image, but he couldn't relinquish it because there was nothing else to ride on...rememember that press conference when he announced he was doing the 02 concerts...when fans were blazing with excitement, but they didn't see what they needed to see....because MICHAEL lowered his head down, then looked back up and looked as if he wanted to drop this load of burden once and for all, but he knew he couldn't......as if he said to himself "how in the fish fry f@@@ did it come to this"....
and here we go...DR. CONRAD MURRAY....well here is really what Murray represents....
he's the greatest scapegoat in world history....or let me say in the history of entertainment.....
he is the scapegoat for everyone who played a role in Michael Jackson's self destruction...the fans' scapegoat, the commercial media's scapegoat, the opportunists scapegoat who encouraged him to move beyond his natural being in full tilt...the plastic surgeon's scapegoat who operated on this man's face w/impunity just so they could cash check after check..and they did it w/morbid curiosity too....
if ANYONE should see a 9x11 cell is those plastic surgeons have broke their oath as medical professionals and worked on this man like a grand experiment and commited a crime against humanity.....
Michael Jackson was reduced to a shell of who he once once because those who invested much time challenged him to meet their dysfunctional expectation, and everyone involved wants to wipe their hands clean of this circumstance and pin everything on the doctor.......
there was at least 6 major inconsistencies in that trial that proved bogus..but I won't even get into that today.......
go ahead and believe he was ready if you want to......I knew that tour was never going to kick off, red flags were flying everywhere where he postponed the initial 4 shows, everything should have been cancelled at that time, but too much was riding on the line......fans had too much invested because many wanted to shout out a huge round of f*** yous to the press just so they could say he was still KING OF THE THRONE.....the human value was thrown out the window....screw the costs...
MICHAEL JACKSON completed a grand total of 2 of the 45 rehearsals that had been scheduled.....yeah, but he was ready.....
and most of the footage that was shown in that movie consists of those rehearsals...
you see, when he told you this was it, that's what he meant
go ahead and believe he was ready if you want to when he looked as frail as the wind...
costumes jackets sliding off his shoulders, you could see the muscles that run along side a person's neck.....looking as if he was 110 lbs max......
that Smooth Criminal outfit looking as if was about to slide off on him.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=263CIi5wSfM
go ahead and believe that if you want to........
anyone looking at this situation realistically sould see the man wasn't capable of doing those shows.......it wouldn't have meant he was a failure, there was no point to prove, he had already proven decades ago....
MICHAEL forked over everything he owned interest in to secure the scheduling of those shows......he was half a billion in the whole and that's the only reason he agreed to these shows...otherwise, he wouldn't have done it....and that's the tragedy behind all of this.......there's never going to be another body of new music coming down the pike ever again from Michael Jackson.....it's all over...or as he put it....THIS IS IT....
whenever the press, commercial media wants information about this estate as you call it, they call on John Branca.....and they call on him exclusively........Michael's name is fully functioned and asssociated with the establishment now and forever....after that BAD 25 documentary, viewed by 4.2 million people....that's all she wrote....
this was an terrible situation......none of this stuff didn't have to happen this way, but it did, and I hope that we don't have to witness anyone else take themselves thru what Michael did....because in the end, it aint even worth it.....
.....and if we could some how eradicate racism once and for all, since it's a stain of the heart, and mental disease, we can truly move forward in a way that benefits us all
but I'll refrain now

Geez. You're such a fucking clown it's unbelieveable. So you are saying that after '84 the blacks stopped buying Michael Jackson albums and that there were signs in record stores saying "Michael Jackson, only to be bought by white people" (how else could black people be "totally phased out"?) and that is the reason Bad sold around 7 mio?? and don't sit here and tell me that all of his current fans knew of his beginnings because I've seen countless fans on these forums, on youtube, there were tons of his european fans who didn't even know that he was once visibly black......they didn't even know who his family's faces was until that 2005 trial took place.......don't try and cut corners because it ain't working if he didn't mentioned JACKIE, TITO, JACKIE, JERMAINE, AND RANDY while performing I'LL BE THERE during the HISTORY TOUR of 1997, those fans wouldn't have had a clue because the manner in which he was promoted and marketed in Europe, including Russia was done in a way where his family wasn't mentioned AT ALL... I've even seen comments where a great number of his european fans as well as in Australia say they thought that he was white.... And again. Totally made up bullshit. Any fan, who really is a fan of Michael, knows how he started out. There are few reports (that cover his career) that don't mention how he started out. It's true that some younger fans might underestimate the impact the Jackson 5 had (mainly due to the long inactivity of the group over the years), but to say that they don't know about the family is total BS. Also to say that his successes as a teenager with his brothers was swept under the rug by his pr people is total made up BS. And really, you are obviously american. What do you know about how he is protrayed and marketed overseas?? But really, why waste time with you? I pointed out two things today, which are based on facts, where you clearly were wrong and you didn't even adress it. You just conveniently ignored it, like you do with everything that doesn't support your interpretation. You're a biased, double standarded clown. Nothing more.

look t what we have here, yet another squibbler who's trying to get their rocks off w/profanity laced conjecture.....
first get your lies straight and facts together.....and read rather than float over words....because you may miss one word you quoted and fly off on the deep end...
like I said, I don't have to stoop down to the basement level and hurl insults.......
did u see me type the notion that it was only black people who bought THRILLER or OFF THE WALL....did I say that.....if I didn't say that..THAT means I don't believe that because THAT'S not the case...
but since you brought up THRILLER and who bought it.....when THRILLER was released in 1982, the first song from the single was THE GIRL IS MINE....do you know who started playing that single first, it was urban radio station, and while top 40 radio/pop radio saw that the single hit #1 on the r&b chart, that's when they supported it where it reached #2 on the billboard charts....
same thing with BILLIE JEAN, it reached #1 on the r&b charts a full month before he performed the song on MOTOWN 25, that's why the audience knew what song he was going to play when he said "I LIKE THE NEW SONGS"....and after that peformance pop radio supported it and reached #1 as well......
even BEAT IT, in the background received its initial support from urban radio, even though it was a rock oriented song, and as BEAT IT hit #1 on the r&b charts, and then pop radio followed suit, and at that time...the foundation always set the tone as to what was going to transpire....proof in that is in the fact MTV wouldn't touch the video and this was long after the single had hit #1 on the r&b charts....and only when Walter Yetnikoff decided to yank all of his other artists videos from the network did they decide to play it...
and you try and set me up w/numbers as to who bought what or why black people in the states...bought 7 million copies of OFF THE WALL only compared to the fact he sold 25 million copies of THRILLER in the same country
since OTW sold 20 million worldwide over the coarse of our 6-7 continents, and if black people bought 7 million million, that means we represented the greatest percentage of people who bought that album....never in any post I've ever stated where I said we were the only people
.2) OTW was considered a more adult oriented album than even THRILLER was, but with the music videos, the groundbreaking music videos featured during THRILLER, more teenage kids (such as myself) and kids in general were emulating Michael like never before or since where kids were asking their mama or daddy or anyone to buy that album for them.....or as QUINCY JONES said, THRILLER appeal to those from 8-80.....so the demographic make of his fanbase did not deviate from his previous following of OTW but his fanbase expanded within that mix because of the fact he was drawing more teenagers and kids while maintaining the support of the adult fans who bought his records from the days of J5
and if you read what I said about THRILLER, I always said he received the full global embrace where every culture representing the rainbow bought that album....and yes, white people bought that album like it was no tomorrow, just as our latino and asian brother and sisters
but you didn't give credit to the very people who set the foundation and made it possible for it to achieve what it did, and there's no doubt in my mind black people bought that album in greater percentages here in american than anyone else
what i'm saying is after the BAD video premiered here in 1987, the majority of the nation was shocked, I know we were shocked, and many of his white fans here were shocked too
oh, I got proof too...always gotta bring proof
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISkELGWxGm4&list=LLRgBisRHxgNdMkIVQZYf13w
notice what music critic and historian Nelson George said about his changing appearance from 1:33-1:41
see homie, did you catch what he said...if you didn't let me recite it word for word...
he said quote unquote "BY MAKING SUCH A RADICAL CHANGE IN HIS APPEARANCE, HE'S GOING TO OFFEND ALLOT OF PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY HIS BLACK AUDIENCE, WHICH IS THE BASIS OF HIS APPEAL"......
see, I ain't got to fly off and lie.......I got stone cold proof of what people were thinking
do you know what he meant when he said the BASIS of his appeal?....he's saying that black audience was the foundation and bought his records in greater percentage than anyone else
and before you fly off, this doesn't mean black people are better, just as no culture of people is better than the next..it simply means when this man started off in his career with MOTOWN, we set up the foundation...and he lost that as Nelson George predicted and that reaction cost him approximately 18 million record buyers here in the states, with the majority of them being the very people he mentioned....so that's the forever reason you talked about..
let's say YAO MING, the former NBA player, who's lineage is from CHINA, a nation that loves him and admires the fact that he became the first chinese player to play and excel in the NBA, and let's say all of a sudden he drastically change his appearance out the box right after you just witnessed him some 2 years earlier.....do you think they wouldn't be just as perplexed and stunned......they would have every right to be and I wouldn't blame them one single bit..in fact, I would support their reaction to the tilt.....
see, this is what we're dealing with...TRUTH.....
that clip I showed u was posted in 2010 on youtube, and do you know how many views it has?....a grand total of 1,681.....and do you know why?...because the majority of his current day fans don't want to face the truth about what happened to this guy....
but a clip that projects the false image, you can see 1 million views on average....
as a result of that 18 million decline, MIKE packed his suitcase (metaphorically) and began concentrating on exclusve international appeal as he would never tour the united states mainland ever again.....he essentially lost close to half of his fanbase before the 80s ended and in the process, this period would begin the divide, the discord and the beef between older fans and the new generation of fans who would come to the forefront....

The white establishment loves people like Scrop. He PRETENDS to be "an objective militant black person"; however, he is the biggest UNCLE TOM around.Sadly, this is the kind of person that makes AWARE black MJ fans look bad.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
You are correct. However, Scorp doesn't recognize FACTS. His entirel babble is based on lies, tabloid gossip, bias and speculation. Poor thing, wouldn't recognize a FACT if it kicked him in the ass.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Yes, it is VERY obvious that Scorp has "issuses" and NONE of it is because of Michael. I consider myself the biggest Michael Jackson fan ever. However, I don't/didn't base my life, my happiness around him. I don't blame Michael for any unhappiness that happened in my life. I loved him as a person, an artist. I love, STILL love his music. It is really sad when some fans want to blame ONE MAN for everytthing that has happened in the industry and THEIR problems on this man. Michael brought nothing but love and joy to the world. The sadness I feel is because he was murdered by a man that he trusted. A man that he trusted with his own children. A man who turned out to be an incompetent, negligent, arrogant killer.

knick knack patty whack give a dog a bone for this fan right here came roaming home.....
what you just insinuated just shows how you run your mouth and put your foot right into it
for the REAL UNCLE TOM in actual like who they say was an uncle tom was never an uncle tom
you see the REAL UNCLE TOM was a hero....
do you know who the REAL UNCLE TOM was.....the real uncle tom existed during the post civil war reconstruction era..he was a martyr just as DR MARTIN LUTHER KING was a martyr during the civil righs era....but since slavery was challenged and deemed inhumane as the REAL UNCLE TOM strived to eradicate, the power structure longed to demean his character by portraying him to be subservient to the master......while in actually he ended his life as a martyr
fool, he gave his life to free other slaves....
and THAT'S where we come of with the definition of "uncle tom" today...so the powers that be took the truth and tried to turn it into a lie.....and this lie has stretched 150 years....
u just showed your ass and what u pulled out was a long pile of dump...
I suggest you read a book and learn some real history so you don't pull out another wad ....
u did it to yourself yet again.......it's comical but it aint even funny.....you can't even hang beecause you spread lies....blind as a bat
your ass just been duped by fake history cooked up right on the platter

Scorp, I gotta hand it to you for not resorting to name calling, insults and profanity while sharing your opinion. You handle yourself with class Why cant people just agree to disagree without bashing others for their opinion? Everyone here has a right to believe in their opinion and everyone has a right to disagree with another's opinion. But can we all just respect that each of us has a different opinion, agree to disagree and move on?

I agree with you 100%
But its a difference between expressing your opinion versus being a troll.
At every opportunity that poster bashes MJ and insults him in all MJ threads even outside this sticky. He tries to push his distorted views on others and its annoying because it derails threads.

I agree that we can agree to disagree. However, this person called scorp, insults, degrades, twists, manipulates etc. everything about Michael, while uplifting every OTHER Jackson family member. He not only insults Michael and his memory, he insults Michael's CHILDREN. Imo, there is NOTHING classy about this basher. He USES his so-called "objectivity", something he tried on MJ fan boards, to continually spew his innuendo and tabloid gossip. Scorp, is the same kind of person that he rants and calls the 'establishment'. Scorp's hypocrisy is deafening. Imo, he is not entitled to degrade and lie on Michael under the guise of so-called "objectivity" without fans calling him out on his manipulative babble. Scorp gets what he dishes out. In fact, this is MILD compared to what OTHER artists' fans would say to this person. My question is why should MJ fans have to remain calm, cool and collected and play "nice" when other artists' fans would never do that if their favorite artist was attacked, maligned, degraded the way that Scorp does Michael. you got called out for your true lack of knowledge when you thought you knew and you don't like it...but u set yourself up for the ultimate okie doke because your comments about uncle tom shows how much knowledge you truly lack.......
that was more egregious than anything I've said about Michael u think was demeaning....
just like you THINK I degrade Michael, you did the EXACT same thing by mentioned UNCLE TOM's name, you degraded someone by using his name in a manner that's been based on a 150 year old lie and u got the nerve to call somebody out and say they are a hypocrite.....
you sat there and called out a man who fought for the struggle which cost him his life, but book historians who run this ship has taken his name and distorted what he stood for an the entire american society has been brainwashed into believe UNCLE TOM was miniscule when fact, he was a beacon of light, an emancipator, and liberator......
and based on the fact you used his name based on a grand lie, u represent one of the greatest frauds there is
and u aint the only one.....millions of people distort the reality of who the real uncle tom was every single day....
and I know for fact that the story about UNCLE TOM, the story that has been past down for the past 8-9 generations is all out fable and lies, and it's a disturbing lie because black people have taken that and run with it since the dawn of the 20th century...........
so you wanna feed on something...feed on that lie u just told about one of the great luminaries...the REAL UNCLE TOM that's not taught in the history books........
that's worse than any tabloid story you THINK I hinge everything on.....
u embarassed yourself tonight, trying to prove a point, when you had no clue the truth of the circumstance.......and u got called out big time.......like kibbles and bits....
if we got some real school teachers to teach real curriculum...the public school system wouldn't be imploding the way it is.......

The real Uncle Tom was a black man born into slavery who became a matyr because he refused to snitch on two female runaway slaves and tell their whereabouts. Harriet Beecher Stowe used him as the main character in her novel "Uncle Tom's Cabin". However, in later adaptations, stage plays, etc. Uncle Tom's character was changed from one of strength/heroism to one of subservience. The term "Uncle Tom" came from this manipulation of the REAL Uncle Tom. Of course, you should be used to manipulations because that is what you do when you speak of Michael Jackson. You do what the "white establishment" did to Uncle Tom. They turned Uncle Tom from a strong BLACK man to a weak, subservient one. That is exactly what you are attempting to do to Michael. However, your attempts to persuade and manipulate with your lies make YOU much more of an "Uncle Tom", IMO. YOU do just what you claim the "white establishment" did to Michael. You manipulate the facts. You try to make him into a weak, subservient man, when he was FAR from that. You turn on your OWN. Michael never turned on his OWN people.
Once again, you have been shown to be a fool. Next. [Edited 1/26/13 21:56pm] [Edited 1/26/13 21:58pm]
