Funny how people click on a news article, take the time to read it, then complain that it was released to the media. I also see that a lot when a former Prince associated artist releases information about their experience with him. Here's a crazy idea, if you think something should be private, don't read it. |

The plaintiff and Patii resided in the same upscale complex, which infers that she's a person of means. Further, she's going to donate the money the court awarded to charity. That seems to go against your charge that she was driven by financial gain.

U do have a point. But her knowing Patti was famous, I'm sure motivated her more to file charges against her & claim her daughter was traumatized by the incident. Because she knew it would hit the press..  will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. | |

Yeah it would've been one thing if the plantiff was not from the same complex. I mean how she and Patti gonna be in the same building if she didn't also reside there like Patti did (I think Patti rented hers though). | |

Update as of 09/23/12
This is what happens to STUPID people that cant leave well enough alone. The Monk lady and her Shady lawyer had agreed to the generous settlement which included Patti paying for EVERYTHING. That SHOCKED the shit out of them when Patti settled out of court. Everybody left the table satisfied and the plaintiff was given more money than she expected. But that wasn't enough was it?....Oh no, it was time to take it to ANY Media that would listen...... The Monk Lady & that Shark attorney of hers had to rub it in Patti's face...
"We got Patti's Money, this is how much we got, this is who we are, We got Patti's money!!"....
Now all of that BACKFIRED and their dumb asses going to court where the Judge is ONLY going to award them the cost of the child's therapy..The Judge is not gonna give that woman $100,000 dollars...In all of this Ms.Patti followed her lawyers advice and said NOTHING to the public.
In the end this case is gonna turn out like it is suppose to...No big six figure settlement and a HUGE lesson for the plaintiffs BIG MOUTH New York attorney. When you've won the Fucking suit behind closed doors FOLLOW the agreement of the settlement, take your money, walk away and SHUT the hell-up...
