Oh please! Katherine is not a prisoner of her home! It clearly states that Jermaine, Randy, Janet, Rebbie and others are not allowed to the Calabasas home. Not that Katherine is a freaking prisoner of her own home Katherine can come and go as she pleases. She can visit any of her children anywhere except at the Calabasas home, but certain family members are banned from setting foot on their property. After the craziness that went down last week this is a good thing.

At the time, she had not seen her grandmother, spoken to her grandmother and did not know where her grandmother was. In fact, the next day she posted that her grandmother was missing. This means there is no way she could have known whether her grandmother was ill or not; therefore, at the time, it was an assumption - whether she was right or not.

Assumptions can turn out to be correct.

(Based on this assumption, she disrespected her uncle. Also, the letter did not specify when Katherine had a stroke)

It's sad to see that the estate has placed Katherine in this position. This is the Devil's work. When the letter said that the executives said they were Michael Jackson, it was right. Their actions are showing this now. They aren't earning the money, MJ's name is.

This letter by the executives is complete hypocricy!

They are effectively banning Katherine from seeing her children, grandchildren, & husband. They are conforming to the same actions that those banned from the house supposedly conformed: preventing Katherine from being with her children.

I'm not blaming MJ. Although, many a mistake he has made, he would never have knowingly conformed to even moderately bad acts, let alone something such the scope of this.

I don't think the executives should have this power. Whilst, they are the executives of the estate. They do not own the estate. This is not their money. They shouldn't have control over the kid's home and body guards.

As you said, it was her own children, not some corporate, greedy, 'evil' executive.

Janet and the others, did not prevent Katherine from communicating, there was a phone in every room of the spa and internet access.

The estates letter effectively prevents her and constraints her - the second difference.

Janet, Rebbie, Jermaine and Randy SHOULD be barred from being around Michael's children. The kids are not safe around these people because:

1. Janet and Co. perpetuated a lie to the public and media in order to deceive to take control of Michael's money.

2. Janet and Co. basically held their mother "hostage" and wouldn't allow her to communicate with three MINOR children whom she is their guardian. This went on for 11 DAYS!

3. Janet and Randy barged onto the property withoug permission and physically tried to take paris cell phone AND tried to FORCE Paris, Prince and Blanket to go with them.

4. Janet and Co. tried to force Katherine to fire the security in place and hire Janet's serurity.

5. Janet security tried to force their way in so that they could get to the kids. They even asked where the kids school was.

6. Janet and Co. acted like "commandos" in their actions to silence these kids and force them to go with her to some undisclosed location. janet and co. had NO PERMISSION to do this since the kids guardian, Katherine Jackson,was basically being held "hostage".

Is there any wonder why these kids are frightened of these aunts and uncles? Btw, notice that OTHER uncles, aunts are not barred from the Cassablacas home. TMZ haven't reported the letter. They are clearly on the payroll of the estate, or have been promised inside info on what occured in return to paint the estate in a positive light. Even they know this letter is bad.
